Thank you for responding to me and that’s exciting for you. Hope the interview date comes soon and this virus becomes more controlled to avoid any in person interview delays. I think I’m going to call this Friday to check in. Hope everyone is doing well and gets approved soon! I’m still waiting to hear something. Stay safe everyone.

Hoping you get good news soon. Our PD is 3/15/19 and we’re still waiting too. Our case was transferred to VSC 02/10/20.

anyone here who's case was first at nebraska, then transferred to vermont in feb 2020 and still not approved

That would be us. Priority date is 3/19, transferred to VSC 2/20.

My husband is in the US now and we’ve applied for adjustment of status. I don’t know if that has something to do with it. I was expecting to see our case transferred to our local office because of the AOS, but nothing so far. I’m assuming that’s because no one has touched our application, or even looked at it. 😕

Hi!!!! We mailed my AOS packet December 20, 2019 and they received it December 23rd. I did not get any SMS or Email. They did not cash out the check yet.. I don’t know what to feel right now. Just overthinking things... How long did it take for them to cash out your check? Ughh , upsetting.

Hi Kay. They ran our credit card 32 days after receiving our package. It was late in the day, around 4 o’clock pm. Keep checking your bank account. I’m sure the Christmas and New Years holidays slowed things down too. Good luck and keep us posted when they do. Trust that it will be soon! I know it’s hard, but it will happen.

Hello new to this thread. I have been waiting for 28 days now. Fed Ex delivered my package December 12, 2019. No update until now. Tried calling but they told me to call again on Monday and ask for a tier 2 officer. I am really worried. Do I start filing again? What do you guys think.

I checked my money orders and it has not been cleared yet. 😭. I am losing hope.

Our package sat on their desk for 32 days until they ran our credit card. You should be getting yours done this coming week.

Noooo don't  feel that way,  give it a bit more time. It's  the first full week after  the holidays, no reason to panic, no reason  at all. Give it more time. Are you counting total days or working days?

We are seeing more couples  wait 30 days, but it's not typical.

Thanks for the encouragement. 31 total days now. It’s 5:00 pm so that’s yet another day passed.

Hi @Sarge2155! Nice to see you here

Not a good end of 2019 and start of the year for me in terms of my AOS application

    Submitted 12/5/19

    Delivered by USPS 12/9/19

Still no word, email, sms or credit card transaction from USCIS until now 😢

Today is 31 days since they received our application. I am physically sick. If they don’t run our credit card today, I don’t know what to even do.

the drama continues.  Anyone have this happen?

They finally texted us and cashed our check....a full 30 days after they received it....for our i-485.  Wonderful holiday gift, right?

not so fast....yestarday in the mail they sent us back our application for i-765 because the last 3 pages were left out (the ones about did you use a lawyer, did you use an interpreter, blah blah blah) which were irrelevent and would have been left blank anyway.  Ok fair but not fair, I get it, story of my life.

But there was also another paragraph stating "improper or missing filing fee"  ####### they cashed our check plus its all included in the low price of $1225!  Called USCIS and pretty much they were no help so today a level too will call me back in ...  wait for it ... 512 minutes.  Yes folks you heard correct 512 minutes.  Which I doubt anyone will be there it being NYE..

I know this is a simple fix but its soooo frustrating especially since we already waited 30 days for the i-485 package to be accepted!  Anyone else have this happen and if so how was it handled?

Thanks and Happy blessed NEW YEAR to everyone!

Could the part about incorrect filing fee be an error? I don’t think they will even cash the check if the fee wasn’t correct?

Stop and look at it as a stranger would. Does your tax return total income line show it is for employer A and B? How will you show the pay stubs from employer C and are not part of the income shown on the tax return.

Connect the dots. Show Emplyer A and something that proves income...the 2018 W2 or six months pay stubs. Ditto for Employer B. And for employer C, six months pay stubs.

Stick a summary spreadsheet page in there to help them see the picture

Employer:  AAA Company --Hrs per week 12--- Income per Week or Month $xxx.xx

Employer:  BB INC.  --Hrs per week 16-- Income per Week or Month $xxx.xx

Employer:  CCC & Sons  --Hrs per week 17--- Income per Week or Month $xxx.xx

    Total current income: $XXXXX.XX

Thank you. I hadn’t thought about the summary. That is a great idea.

It may cause concern for the IO.  You're having to work 3 jobs to pass the minimum guidelines vs working one job?  I understand that full time jobs are hard to come by.  Also please keep in mind these need to be w2 jobs as a 1099 job won't count until after taxes as income.  Best wishes.

These are all W2 jobs. I choose to work the three instead of one full time because they are all remote jobs that allow me to work from home and have a flexible schedule. I am a medical biller.

On the I864 guidelines, it says that I can submit my last tax transcript and six months worth of paystubs proving that I make make over 125% over the poverty guidelines.  This is why I posted here for clarity as to whether or not I need paystubs for all three jobs,  or just the one that I have not yet had a chance to file on my upcoming tax return.
