Be specific and submit all the required papers to the USCIS as expected.
Example :
1)  Marriage certificate ,                   2)  Marriage registration in court
3)  Pictures of you been together and of the one at your marriage cite .
4) Affidavits of support both from the family and friends.
5) Income Tax return for both two years
6) Boarding pass for all the trips that you made to see your partner
7)Evidence of Communication between the two of you on WhatsApp or phone calls etc.
😎 Anything that you knew bear his/her name together with you , examples : Bank account , house ,etc.

Alright I suggest you call the USCIS main office about this issue, even if they can't provide you any paper work but they will surely tell you what to do about this problems.

Actually what I knew was two years income tax used to be submitted. Let say 2016 and 2017 W2 Tax return will be required for the process.
 
However , you don't have to panic about it because they will let you know when it's not sufficient.

I will advice you not to schedule any interview appointment now without receiving the appointment package from the Embassy.
 
However if you did schedule an appointment without the Embassy permission, you gonna be turn back at the Embassy asking you to reschedule a new appointment for your interview and even that will happen when they send you the appointment package.

the best way to reschedule is to call the nvc or embassy agent to assist you with rescheduling - to be sure and safe...
 
as far as rescheduling, i know there are qualification to allow rescheduling of interview...valid reason...if you can just push through with the initial date, that would be better as rescheduling might pose a negative indication...wishing you the best...

I suggested you email the NVC immediately to noticefy them about it and if not , I knew they gonna email you and let you know about adding that tax return.

If you were asked to pick it up from DHL, then just go and pick it. it should be there by now, it takes just about a week to have it there.
The issue is that the dhl guys don't give information over the phone. But trust me your passport is there by now. This is their number anyway 030-221-3090

Believed me you will receive no any good information about your passport when you call DHL , is better to go there than calling to verify .you can try and call them if you insisted .

I will advice you to go there in person at the DHL  address prescribed , if only the maximum time gave to expect your passport had past by ! 

Pls can you explain it in details on the date for both medical and interview specifically and the payment you are trying to  refer to !!!

Don't be panic pls .if there is anything the doctor will only help you to solve it before your interview date reach , that is why they are for , to assist you achieve your goal of health condition before travelling.

You have to reschedule it yourself if it's a reaffirmed case because that is what the embassy stated :

That was the statement the embassy wrote me , unless your case is a new case which is not reaffirmed case and I will advice you to contact directly NVC who only had the mandate on that issue.

No I don't think so unless you are been request to do so . I have never see it happen unless the medical report only . 

That is true what you are saying , because of some false relationship , it been effecting most real couples on their married cases at the embassy thinking they are also false , no matter what evidence they submit sometimes , they have to put them under 221g for them to fight for their married survivor.
 
So is always a blessing if you find yourself in one term interview survivor to be approved by the CO .
