Pls can you explain it in details on the date for both medical and interview specifically and the payment you are trying to  refer to !!!

Do you pay at the embassy for the interview I have already booked it and payed for the passport delivery

Did you read the instructions for a K1 from London? 

 

See this page https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/ and scroll down to find the four steps. The last one explains about paying online.

Open up Step 4- Scheduling Your Interview and read where it says 

• Pay the MRV application fee

It's part of the interview and courier scheduling process.

He's posted in the United Kingdom regional forum and we are familiar with what he is asking specific to a London K1 interview. It may be a different process in Ghana.

Pretty sure you pay it on the website when you book. Used to be you payed at the embassy but not anymore, you need to print off the page confirming your purchase.
