Invalid immigrant visa case number and no status updated

By the grace of Almighty God my family and l had a successful visa interview at Accra US embassy on 01/11/2018.l was ask to pick my travelling documents a couple of week after the approval of the visa.However,in an attempt to track my passport from the profile l created on www.ustraveldocs.com/gh to pick it up,the result that comes out is "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." When l tried to track the progress of our Visa issuance status by inputting my case number,l'm always getting the response "invalid immigrant visa case number".l will be very glad if anyone can help me out as to how to go about this challenge and even know when our visa will be ready.Thanks

ustraveldocs doesn't track CR1/IR1 visa types. If they said 3 weeks (thats November 1 not January 1 right?) ago it's ready fr pickup go to the visa center and pick up. They only keep them for 30 days then they send back to embassy so I would get there and pick up.

Thanks boss,yes the date that we went for the interview is 1st November,2018 .Please, what about the invalid case number when i try tracking the visa status.

I told you already. Because that system isn't for tracking CR1/IR1 for your country. Nigeria also. It's always invalid for those type visas. We don't use that system for our processing. Visitors, Business and K1's (all non-immigration visa types) do.

 

Just go pick up your visa. You were notified 20 days ago why are you waiting. You have 10 days to pick up before they send it back.

CEAC DV visa updates don’t take place until the start of the calendar year, judging by past years. That’s why it’s not there.

as above, if they told you 3 weeks then go get them at 3 weeks. Maybe call the embassy first to confirm it’s ready.

You just have to be patient, when its ready they will text u and let you know.I got both email and text messages for my Son and Wife's passport when it was ready, if its not ready for pick up it always say"no status update"u just have to be patient.

It happen to a friend of my too bro , but his own is on rescheduling his reaffirmed interview appointment and the case status denied to recognized his case number , stated his case number can't be found in the system.

They sent you a text/email because you had registered with ustravelsdocs, if not, you wouldn't have received any notification from them.

The OP should just go to dhl...his/her passport should be there by now

Any update on your case? Have you been issued yet? When you check the CEAC visa status website, which date was your case created?
