He / She should check properly about the network , may be you don't have the network.

Is she using computer or a cell phone or a tablets , if is a tablets or cell phone , she should check out whether she have a credit in her phone which will allow her to browns , if not she should off the phone and on it back again.

Pls tell her to switch it off and on back again if necessary , and still it didn't complying should find a new computer or a laptop to work with it .

That's also not allowed to get inn pls , the only thing that can get inn is your documents be put inside any transparent thing to get it inn , which is due to security reason.

The file might not been missing , just give it more time , maximum six months which is usually the process of sending file's back to both  the NVC and the USCIS . 
Moreover , sometimes it even takes more than six months , and whiles sometimes it can even not reach six months than you get your response.

If it said ready to be pick up then you have to check up immediately at the DHL for your passport with the visa !

It's true Bro , all of us got both an email and a text massage in our phone telling us our passport is ready for a pick up .

At Akai hospital , the medical is almost about 500 dollars , and you can't just go for it unless you have an appointment from the embassy about your case !

Yes don't forget about the police report in China before going to Ghana , because the embassy will request for it 

As I email them the problems at first , they tried to confirmed that I'm really the applicant by asking me some questions on phone , the time I called them to confirmed the email which the mistakes been done . They asked me about the DS-260 confirmation number and some little information inside it.
Upon that in my second interview , they didn't ask me anything again , they just told me the mistake been corrected and ask me to swear , then I was told you are approved.

It did not cause any delay in my visa , because everything is a process , I only put a pressure on them at the beginning as I don't know what to do and nobody there to help me out about the issue.

The DS-260 can never be unlock again whiles it been automatic sent to the embassy in Ghana , even if they told you they are going to unlock it for you , it will never happen.

and state all the mistakes you had make in the DS - 260 , they will booked everything down , please make sure you include the correct answer to the mistake you make , on that case you won't be ask anything for correction at the time for your interview . The correction will be make before you attend for your interview , that is how it happened to me and was able to over come it .

My Dad date of death
And forgotten to put my son's in-law name's.
Also makes some calls to let them know about the mistake and that you already wrote them about it .

Write them how it happened and tell them the answer how it suppose to be.
 

If the mistake was done at the hospital , I advised you to go back in person to address this issue with them to correct those error , don't try to take it to the embassy like that, because those doctor's made mistakes sometimes on written, it happened to me before and fortunately I saw it and address it to them directly for correction.

Seriously this whole process is funny.

You wait for like how many months for your case to be completed, it does and you wait for another 3-4 months for your interview.
The excitement you get even though you waiting for another month for the interview.

If only he have a mailing address and he been using it and since he don't used to stay in one particular place but keep on changing place's . I will say he should continued using his mailing address at the post office so that where ever he go or traveled his mail's will be saved.

No need to change your passport immediately , you can wait when you are renewing your passport and change that information .

Pls go according to the prescription explained by the NVC on your package for your interview and medical exams , everything is on that sheet of paper including which hospital to attend for your medication.

The NVC will inform you all the documents to submit for your case to be approved don't worry about that , everything will be fine by God grace

But I don't thinks NVC may ask that ticket issue on processing your case to be approved if only he did not ignored the ticket to pay .

it does not matter if they separated or had problems, you need to know the correct answers before giving advise, you could have very well cost them time and money.
