    Hello all, we submitted the docs for nvc on 7th, May. On 24th,May, got the RFE - they asked to make better copies for marriage certificate and birth certificate, we downloaded same evening, now it's 19 days passed. Does someone know how long it will take to case complete after all that? 😭😭😭🤦🏼‍♀️ Can't wait any more, sooo long😭😭😭😭wanna live usual family life😭😭😭

    September 18th, 2018. Nebraska service center....I have a feeling I got stuck with the slowest processing center.  Traveling back to India next week for the 7th time since we met. This process is very challenging, and I feel that most people never truly understand the commitment, sacrifice, and determination it takes to be with the one you love. 
    Love truly knows no 🙏.

    Application receipt date: September 2018.

    Hello!!
    So I shared that my case was transferred from Potomac to NBC on the 31st, my notice stated that the reason was for faster processing however I am still waiting for the NOA2 or something...

    So I finally see a change on the website and mine says “Notice Explaining USCIS actions was mailed” is that negative??? That makes me anxious

    You are fine unless it was transferred to Vermont.  Transferring is normal for load balancing.  Vermont is only used for additional criminal background checks.
    GREAT!!!  That is normal and you will probably not see any delay at all.

    Instead of receiving a message about NOA2, I received this update today that our case was being transferred to another center for processing. We were at the Potomac center.

    On January 31, 2019, we transferred your Form I130, PETITION FOR ALIEN RELATIVE, Receipt Number _______, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by March 2, 2019.
