Thanks God, I got DQ today.  AOS submitted on 11/8, and IV packet submitted on 11/10.  

I've only been able to get through at 7am (waited for 25 mins and got connected), 8am (waited for 40 mins then hung up because I had to go to work), and 10pm (waited for 1 hour then hung up because I had to go to bed).  Never in the middle of the day.

Finally got my NOA2 today... Nebraska is one hell of a centre.. Pd is jan10

(However, I had this same thought last Christmas, but sadly we're still in it😥...at least we've made it to NVC (PD Nov 2018)).

Even though many of you might not be able to celebrate christmas with your spouse 😢, we’re still wishing all of you a very merry christmas 🎄🎅🏼😊 and lots of strength for this lengthy process! Hopefully the NSC processing times will become shorter with the new online system next year 🙏🏻

Keep trying, I guess. The only faster way to get your case number is by actually calling NVC at least 1 time a week.

Hey everyone.  My case was approved on Oct. 31 and I have not heard anything since the initial approval.  I heard it takes 4-6 weeks for NVC to receive your case and it has now passed the 6 week mark.  I tried calling NVC but the prompt said that all service reps were busy and to call back later.  Any advice?

I've never posted here before but I have to now since I JUST GOT APPROVED!!  Our PD was Nov 9th 2018 and just before the year mark it happened. No I-129 F. I can't believe it finally happened lol. It only updated on myuscis account and I got an email notification. Excited for the next step

Everyone goods we got approved as of October 31st🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️🙋🏾‍♀️ I’m so excited!!? I had to call them to check on the status and they told me. I haven’t received the letter approval yet. 

That was too funny!!! I to feel the same way🤣🤣🤣 my poor husband has lost all hope in this process. YOU GUYS WE WERE APPROVED!!!!!  My dad called me last night (I have my parents' address listed as my permanent address since I move so much) and said they received a letter from USCIS.  I had him open it and it said that we're approved!  I cannot believe this day has finally come after the longest year of my life.  I was beginning to feel like it would never happen for us, but it did!  My case status online still isn't updated and I never heard anything from the K-3 apart from the NOA1 that we submitted at the beginning of October, so I don't think that affected our petition.
 
I just want to thank this community for everything.  We're all in this together in Nebraska, so having people actually understand how I felt meant the world. ❤️  I may still ask questions on here, but if not, good luck to you all.

We are so happy. Finally we were approved this October 30th. We have to wait one year and one month (including a RFE) but we got it 🎉

Figured it out.  I pressed 1 1 2 2 #.  Basically just follow all of the prompts to check your case status, but press the option that you don't have your receipt number and then they will connect you to a representative. 
The guy I talked to was nice and told me that my case was touched on Oct. 28, but couldn't tell me for what reason.  It gives me hope, but he did say that it was within normal processing times 😑 and that I should call back if I hadn't heard anything in 96 DAYS🤬.

Today is a federal holiday so another day of no movement.  It's almost been a year since we submitted our petition, and I feel like we'll never get out of this in-limbo situation.  I try to see the positive - we've been very lucky in that my husband has visited me (Japan is in the Visa Waiver Program) in the US several times and stayed for a several weeks at a time.  He works remotely so he can go back and forth.  He just went back again yesterday, so I'm feeling extra down today.  Each goodbye is harder.  We just want to start our lives together.  Sorry, I don't mean to be a downer, just looking for some support.  Friends and family are sympathetic but don't really understand how hard it is.  I know you guys get it.  Thank you for listening.
