I had to send my Green card and birth certificate to my local SSA office last month, in order to enrol in Medicare. I sent them priority overnight with USPS signature and tracking and included a prepaid addressed return priority express envelope for them to use to send them back to me. It was the only way I could get it done .. I didn’t like having to do it .. but there were no options. I followed up by phone to ensure it was into their system and they confirmed it was. She could also see the note about the return envelope. My documents arrived  back to me about 7 days after I sent them.. and I breathed a huge sigh of relief.  And I am successfully enrolled in Medicare.. another big sigh of relief

I have officially graduated the @Greenbaum Class of March NVC 2019 👩‍🎓
 
Interview today and after a slightly stressful situation regarding my sons citizenship (apparently he has the right to be american by birth which we had to renounce or wait longer for that to process) we are APPROVED!!!!!  
 
We will be flying out on the 31st of May and will be getting married on the 19th of July!!! 
 
Thank you everyone for all the help and support and will now put my best cheerleader costume on to support all you guys 💕

I’m going to share an email from the Argentina Embassy when I asked about apostilled BC. Hope this can help someone. In my case (since I’m still in my home country after the K1 approval) is making documents internationally valid in an easier and cheaper way than if I was in the States. 
Here it is the exact quote from the email
 
“All documents not in English or Spanish must be accompanied by a certified English translation. Translations done in the US must be certified by a competent translator and sworn to before a Notary Public. In Argentina, it must be done by a Sworn English Translator registered at the School of Translators, and the translation must be notarized by the School of Translators.
Regarding your questions, if your Birth Certificate or another legal document is in Spanish, it doesn't need to be translated or notarized for Packet 3 or the Interview. However, it will be needed for you Adjustment of Status once you are married in the US"
 
if you have a different information from another embassy, I suggest to share it so we can help eachother. If you don’t know how this works in your embassy I highly recommend to email or call them or ask them in the interview so you can prepare yourself before leaving.

There are discussion forums about the show here on VJ.......I have heard that some of the participants were/are posters here.

Make sure to select immigrant visa (please read part8 of the first post of this thread.) then enter the case number given by NVC (starts with 3 letters) I couldn't also track it at first but gave it a day and I was able to track it. 

Watched a bit years ago... Oh gosh 😁😁😁

I always said to myself: if they can get this visa then I can do it too

Case is at the embassy and status is ready. 😊 Now to wait up for the P3 and them to give me an interview date 👍👍

Now if it were me I'd go to the embassy's website.  Next I'd search on VJ for my countries subforum here on VJ. I'd read the first page first post from this thread. I'd use Google. I'd use the search function in VJ. I'd select the flag in my profile found in the left column under my name. Then I would thank Greenbaum and offer him some of my fine wine.

Thanks people for putting up with. Sometimes humor helps me get through the day. Anyone needing assistance or a copy of their P3 letter for their embassy, their is a good chance I have it and I will be glad to share it with you.

I doubt it but if he was to believe then I will let him.
 
I stopped pounding my head against a wall long time ago. It's just sometimes things are just obvious. What people don't do, and it's an injustice to them, is they don't take the time to read. They want to come on and tell all their buddies how rotten this has been and USCIS should treat them this way or that way. Yada Yada Yada. If they put some energy into "exploring" VJ there is a wealth of information. How do you think I learned. (rhetorical question, no response required)  I did it and that's why I share to others. But Hey.... sometimes the person needs to do some of the heavy lifting. At lease use google.
