We were approved on the 4th how about that? 😭😭😭 do you have any idea when the embassy goes on holidays? 

I would suggest you to call the embassy directly!  

SAAAAMEEEEEE I jumped hahaha out of happiness. The letter isn’t really important anymore if you already have it all! Since the case is ready so is the embassy. 

Hey everybody! (Please don’t make fun of me or bash on my decisions) hahah I wanted to ask if you’ve heard of people who have shown up to the interview without receiving any P3 letter. I know the papers are at the embassy and it’s been 10 days since they received them, so I (naively call it as you want) scheduled an interview. I would hate to miss the money  we paid for the Interview. At this point, we need a lot of hope! Thanks

They usually take like 1-3 days to have the results, however they don’t give you results. They actually send them to the doctor you scheduled your appointment with! (I just did that this morning) 
 
Also, he’ll need his 2x2 pictures (which are 2-3) and his id! 
 
 

Tracking the shipment that left NVC for Costa Rica on 11/13 shows that it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow, 11/16.  Looks like it takes another 7-10 days for the embassy to get around to emailing the Packet 3 with instructions for the interview, but others have already posted it here so you shouldn't have to wait for it from the embassy.  Once you have all your documents you can schedule your interview.

Hi guys, do you have an idea how much it takes for the CEAC website to change status once the NVC ships the paperwork?  I can’t wait for tomorrow and Wednesday! Anybody else excited?

Very close call, i was in similar situation a month ago. Didn't make it.. it's 50/50. Depends, on officers' mood, time of the day, day of the week, that days' humidity, weather, national election results, if NY Knicks won or not, how the stock market looks like, if El Nino is in place, and if your gas tank in the car is full.
Jokes aside,  hopefully you'll make it!

That’s awesome! We are waiting for the next NVC batch to be sent out to the embassies, I’ll hopefully be ready to schedule the interview as soon as it arrives since I’m getting ready in advance! Good luck!!’ 

50/50 with Embassies excepting scanned copy. Have you tried asking that question in your subform. That's where you should be now for your next steps. People in the subform for your Embassy will have knowledge and the ability to answer that question.

If there's something I have learned while being in this community is that comparison really kills joy!! Every case is different, enjoy how far in the process you've got, and also how little there is left for you to get your visa! Let's stay hopeful because I completely understand how you feel, I felt the same way when all NOA2 Oct 5th get their case number, and I'm still waiting! 
 
So, a piece of advice for you and me haha let's enjoy how far we've come and wait! Stay busy and if it works stay out of the community for a little bit. It helps!
