I’m so sorry you’re in this situation. 
We can’t predict what she sent. Maybe she is trying to withdraw the I-864, maybe she sent a letter to withdraw the joint i751, maybe she’s trying to make you look bad by saying you’re with her for the green card. Who knows. You’ll have to wait and see if USCIS contacts you. Too bad there are kids involved.

Call, press english, then check status, then press that you don't know your case number, stay on the line until they connect you to rep. Thats the quickest way to get a human. Then ask for T2

After 7 whole months of AP with no updates whatsoever, our case finally changed to issued today. 
Countless useless inquires made by senators and a congressman did nothing. In May we hired a very competent lawyer who obviously did something right as suddenly we were asked to submit a new reaffirmation letter and for my fiance to redo his medical which had expired in April. So yes, lawyers do in fact work. 
Only 7 business days later our status changed to issued. Never once did we flop between ready, received, AP etc etc. 

I think this might be why you got Tuscon.

I am doing AOS from a K1 visa so I don't have a PF.

Submitted my AOS saturday. Expecting it to be delivered today in Chicago.

Not much progress but it’s still progress! Hopefully I get my EAD/AP approval soon too. 😁

Dang. 6 months is a long time. I applied for EAD and AP and we'd like those both asap. Good to know I can reach out to my congressperson for help.

Congrats! I've just started the AoS process and my local office is Phoenix as well. About how long did it take for you to get the EAD and AP approved? 

I also received my biometrics letter of appointment yesterday (Jan 26) it was also dated Jan 18th. 
 
My appointment is in Phoenix on Feb 5th.

Does anybody know where the biometrics get done in Phoenix? 
 
I just got my NOA1 texts yesterday so I know sometime in the next month I should be getting my biometrics appointment through.

Another Scottsdale Arizona AOS Filer here! Sent December 31st and I came in on K1 Visa too. 
 
Not liking how long it looks like AOS will take in this state. 😬😬
