  1. Skipping the adoption parts as I don't know how easy that is. He can get it through mom, which is pretty easy. Then next would be when he turns 18 he does the N400 himself.
  2. ~~Two inappropriate posts have been removed. You are to help the OP not judge them. Post constructively only.~~
  3. There are so many articles/youtube videos out there about the truth about statins and cholesterol. We have been sold a pile of lies, even the actual research from the studies show the truth but the makers of these drugs are allowed to fudge the lines. Most doctors do not know the slightest bit about the medication they put you on. They just do as they are told. Look up I Fix Hearts -Dr. Ovadia on YouTube. He is one of many who discovered through they're own health problems what is wrong with our medical system. The Hillbilly was on statins, all it did was make him a type 2 diabetic, caused fatty liver disease. His blood sugar just kept climbing and climbing. I stubbled across some of these videos and read the research. Convinced the Hillbilly to stop taking the statins, his blood sugar started dropping. It wasn't until I convinced him to watch some Dr Ken Berry's videos about type 2 diabetes that he joined me on the carnivore diet. He is no longer T2D, no longer has fatty liver disease and his sleep apnea has improved so much he went from stopping breathing 86 times a minute to 2 times a minute. Ok I can go on and on but I will stop.
  4. When did you have your medical exam? Call them and make sure they sent it.
  5. I'm not sure if I'm understanding your questions right. For highschool you took the Uk version of the US GED, but you mention college certificates? If you have college certificates you most likely will never show anything before that, no GED, no high school diploma. Just use your college certificates and call it a day, they would trump everything else. For applying for jobs, try and look up the US equivalent of your certificates. For example you may have what would be the equivalent of a Associates Degree. You can check that off on an application. Again it look into it.
  6. It's ok no one here will give you a hard time. We just tend to ask a lot of questions to help you the best way we can. Some information like how you entered does help a lot because there is a few different steps depending on that entry. Please stick around so we can help you get your immigration status sorted.
  7. An edgy name alone probably won't be an issues. Now if you have a history of posts/tweets or whatever that can be seen as breaking laws that would be a different can of worms.
  8. You will need to file in the state your DL, plates and insurance coverage is in. You can't just start using someone address and call that your residence. You don't pay state income tax but how about federal taxes, what is the address you list on that?
  9. ~~Moved to AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas, from Bringing Family of USC- As the OP is inside the US and is wanting to change to AOS.~~
  10. You mean Removal of Conditions, AOS is when she arrived after her K1 and got the 2 yr card.
  11. ~~Moved to Working and Traveling from AOS from K1/K3 P&P- the OP's wife is well past the AOS stage and would like to travel.~~
  12. ~~Moved to General Immigration Discussion, from AOS from K1/K3 - as this is not an AOS question, the OP entered with a spousal visa.~~
  13. ~Moderation warning~ Please take it easy on the OP's Husband. The OP never said her husband was preventing her from eating or her in-laws. She is the one who chose not to eat unless he is around. Talking to her husband is very good advice.
  14. ~~Moved to Moving Here and Your New Life, from AOS from Work, Student and Tourist Visas. As this is about the struggles of AOS but not a processing question.~~
  15. Thanks, I googled the name and found their site. I saved the link.
  16. What kind of light sabers? We have bought a few cheap ones at Walmart. A nicer one for the older boy at Toys R Us but that option is gone now.
  17. ~~Moved to Bringing Family of USC, from US Embassy and Consulate Discussion~~
  18. ~~Moved to Passports, etc. - What to do now that you are a US citizen, from US Citizenship General Discussion- the OP is now a USC asking about next steps.~~
  19. ~~Moved to AOS from K1/K3 P&P, from K1 P&P- The OP is asking about the AOS process.~~
  20. ~~Moved to Embassy and Consulate Discussion, from DCF~~
  21. ~~Thread moved the Work Visas, from Bringing Family of Permanent Residents. - As the OP has applied for a work visa and asking about Utah marriage to bring future spouse.~~ ~~Duplicate thread has been removed. Please do not start more than one thread for the same or related topic.~~
  22. That is just nuts.
  23. Oh man how did I mess that one up. Well I'm glad you knew what I meant.
  24. ~~Post removed for scaremongering. Do not make comments scaring others to not report fraud. As this would be a violation of the TOS. Fraud is to be reported. It is up to the individual to decide if they have evidence or not. Scaring them does not help anyone.~~
