  1. Just to clarify. You got citizenship through your 1st husband? You'll need all your divorce decrees from the previous 3 marriages. Can't you get a divorce decree from the county clerk?
  2. I'm assuming the case is at NVC? If so contact NVC right now to upgrade the case to IR1 because visa numbers are always available. It will affect the PD in the sense that you won't even have to rely on PD at all.
  3. Op, give it a shot. Sometimes it works like, sometimes it doesn't. It's free so no harm. Good luck.
  4. Correct. But specifically for op's situation they still wouldn't qualify because they still wouldn't be eligible under UK (except for northern Ireland, and some minor territories.)
  5. I see. Hopefully, you done things to strengthen your case.
  6. No need at all. All you need is to file I-864W for your kids as they'll automatically become US citizens when they land on US soil. Good luck.
  7. Why was it revoked? What did the NOIR say?
  8. Op, then your priority is not current
  9. What is your priority date?
  10. Ok that's lightning speed in USCIS realm. Congrats op.
  11. Wife had 'combo' interview and both I751 and N400 were approved same time. In fact they actually never interviewed her for the I751. The IO only asked is that your husband sitting over there and she said yes and that was that. He typed some things on the computer and moved straight to N400. While I was sitting in sitting area I was getting real time updates in USCIS tracking as the IO was updating the system. It was so surreal. Haha she had her naturalization cert (same day) before official I751 approval showed up in the mail a week later. I always say she had a combo approval not interview. 😀 So combo interview is definitely a thing but it's not always the outcome as in op's case and yes sometimes field offices play a role. What I often recommend here is file N400 when you are eligible and hope for a combo interview. If combo doesn't happen then on the plus side you've already gotten the ball rolling on N400. So yes combo interview is a thing but NOT always the outcome.
  12. I think the ship has sailed for N600K. The most basic requirement is to be under 18 years to apply.
  13. Another bummer. I was hoping you'll say 19 or 20. If that had been the case I would have suggested for mom to petition for you anyways so that your age can be frozen in the immediate category until that someday she decides to move to the US.
  14. Indeed a shame. Op, how old are you?
  15. Bingo. Therefore paper filing processed by USCIS online will get IOE receipts too. Not just filings done online by applicant.
  16. Adoption for immigration purposes is not as simple as you think. Yes you can adopt your sibling but there many variables that have to be met for immigration purposes and applies to all adoptions. Adoption in unsaid country is a variable for instance. Willingness to move and stay outside for at least two years with adoptee could be a variable; are you willing to do this? There other variables. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/Intercountry-Adoption/Adoption-Process/how-to-adopt/adopting-a-relative-for-immigration.html
  17. Case denied, appeal denied. Good advice will be to leave the US. Op, good luck.
  18. Only the latest visa bulletin is applicable.
  19. No can't run for president. Only natural born citizens can occupy that office. Specifically to your situation automatic acquisition of citizenship for the child is gotten by the child entering the US as a LPR of a USC. So technically the child is LPR before acquiring the citizenship. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-h-chapter-4 https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title8-section1431&num=0&edition=prelim
