The OP doesnt really qualify for VAWA based on their posts.  Not helping your spouse adjust status on it's own isn't enough for vawa.  The OP has a child at home who likely misses their mother very much. I wish her the best and much happiness. 

I guess it does not  hurt to hire a lawyer and see if she can self file?

Time to go home, a mistake, we all make them but sounds like no a good situation and not one that will get any better.

Return to your home and child.  Get a divorce if you so choose. 

Marriage to a US citizen does not guarantee immigration benefits.....seek happiness for yourself......and your child.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.  You do not have a way to stay.  There is no way to bring your little boy to the US.
 
Ask your family and friends for help in getting a plane ticket home.  

Buy a plane ticket and return home?
