Of course, I applied online! Just looked it up and my interview is in early January. Thank you for such a helpful tip!

Hi! Can I please clarify: your actual interview was in October or December? As I understood in October you received a letter with interview date in December? And then had Oath on the same day? Did they tell you how long should you wait before receiving naturalization certificate and applying for a passport?
Thanks in advance!

Maria591 got a reaction from Znzn2 in I-751 July 2018 Filers
Yesterday I finally received my green card!
Please see my timeline below for the reference:
07/23/2018 - mailed I-751 package to VSC
07/30/2018 - check cashed

08/18/2018 - NOA2 received, date on NOA2 08/10/2018

In March 2019 we got divorced while I-751 was still pending and in April 2019 I mailed Final Divorce Decree along with additional supporting documents to VSC and requested to switch to divorce waiver.
11/15/2019 - online status changed to New Card is Being Produced

11/18/2019 - status changed to Card Was Mailed
11/18/2019 - received approval notice
11/20/2019 - received a green card
There was no RFE, no transfer and no interview but I mailed a substantial amount of evidence.
Good luck everyone and I hope the wait will be over soon!

Maria591 got a reaction from mushroomspore in 1-751 evidence: what is too little?
Yes, it's better to mail evidence covering the period since you received your GC or even since marriage. You can send bank statements quarterly. And for tax returns also is better to send all that you have.

Maria591 got a reaction from tomigaoka in We have separate medical insurances currently, should I explain the reason to USCIS?
If you have enough other evidence I would not include insurance at all. You are both employed at different places so it's very logical that you each have insurance from your own employer. We also don't have joint insurance and we didn't explain that.

Maria591 got a reaction from Kiolas in How many months of joint bank statement should I submit?
We submitted two years of statements from one joint account, last 3-4 statements from another joint account along with a letter from this bank indicating that it has been established and active fro over 2.5 years. For this account we also sent deposit slips made by both of us, checks to IRS etc.
For credit cards we didn't send any statements, just printouts from online banking showing account owner and authorized user and copies of actual cards.

Maria591 got a reaction from EireneFaith in How many months of joint bank statement should I submit?
I believe because otherwise it's going to be too many pages of statements plus credit cards are under only one account holder who is responsible for it and it's not like joint bank account.

Maria591 got a reaction from nem&grh in I-751 July 2018 Filers
We mailed ROC on 07/23, received by VSC on 07/25. Yesterday morning (07/30) a charge from VSC appeared on our account balance as long as USPS notification email that a letter from USCIS is coming.
Received NOA yesterday dated 07/26

I checked two weeks ago for Vermont it was 13 to 17 months, and now it's 13 to 16.5 months. Well at least a little bit faster...

Maria591 got a reaction from yangie in Printing evidence on both sides of paper
I want to just use separate big paper clips for each type of evidence and instead of exhibit A, B, C etc. just do tabs with short description of what type of evidence it is and put on top of each part of submission.
For example:
1) Tax Transcripts and Tax Returns 2015 - 2017
2) Statements from joint Chase Bank account 2016-2018
3) Statements from joint Citi Bank account for 2017-2018, checks and deposits to/from this account
4) Electricity utility bills showing both our names 2016-2018
5) Cable utility bills showing both our names 2016-2018
6) Lease agreements showing us both as tenants 2016-2019
7) Various pictures of us together 2015-2018
Something like that... I saw beautifully organised submissions on VJ, where people use ACCO fasterners but it seems too complicated, need to also get a hole puncher and punch all these holes...
So I guess the main point is to submit everything organized and easy to access for an officer

Maria591 got a reaction from NikLR in Printing evidence on both sides of paper
We didn't, don't really see the point because they already have enough personal information like tax returns, SSNs etc.
Bank account numbers wouldn't make a big difference in case of identity being stolen

Oh, really? I also have a feeling that I read it somewhere... We'll do single side copies then just to be safe, thank you!

Thanks for your reply! I thought about transferring photos to Word and printing in color but we already have them printed by FreePrints in a good quality, so I guess it's fine.
