Yes USCIS will not give any information over the phone regarding a VAWA case. And I file in September of 2018 for my EAD still pending. Thank good I got in touch with my congressman and he told me that the USCIS has extended my expired EAD with 5 months so this way there will be no gaps. Unfortunately my lawyer didn’t know that( how is that possible ) so my advice is get in touch with your congressman they are there to help you and mine congressman was awesome he leaped me s lot if I could vote he will have my vote.

We all should dedicate part of our time doing something to help others.We have here on visa journey the administrators giving their own time to keep this site working, that being said each victory of one VJ member is my victory and  the Visa Journey victory as well.

Folks today I had approved  4 Vawa   cases that I filed in July and August .
 
US Immigration will end the infopass appointments  soon , I am going to post here later more details ok.
 
I will have a meet up probably in March in New York, and I will post here when I have the date, it will be probably at the Trunp Tower, I had the past 4 meet up there . I  will discuss about co dependence.Every year new people are participating and learning about how co dependence destroy the person’s life and how much they hurt others in the process .

I suggest you try that Sandra can take your case, she knows a lot about Vawa

How can the psychologist describe the abuse, onset of the problems, tests performed, diagnose and  treatment plan in 2 pages? clearly you submitted a horrible psychological evaluation.
 
Folks sometimes people come here and say "  My psychological evaluation had 2 pages and i was approved", first of all, you can one page of the psychological evaluation if you have a police report, or a shelter letter ot hospital recording showing the abuse. I read thousands of psychological evaluation and I assure that it's impossible a psychologist  to draft a good evaluation in 2 pages,no way, no how!. 

After 52 days of receiving RFE. My  Vawa case just went to New card is under production.

VAWA expired but in the past VAWA expired as well, for 5 months, and they renewed. I believe they will renew soon.

Finally after 21 months I got a case update that my I-360 was approved.  Im very happy but still nervous until I receive the actual notice.   
I already have an EAD card category C9. Will I be receiving a new card under C31?
 

The will set up a fingerprints appointment for your I-485 & I-765.IF you don't attend the appointment they will deny the AOS.

they do that only if you applied for the i-360 together with i-765 and I-485.but if you applied i-360 only even if you answer yes on the employment authorization you won’t get any biometrics appointment.

they is no biometrics for 360, except you filled for 1-485 and 1-765 and since you later did thats why they scheduled biometrics for you!

Do not worry yourself about that. From my knowledge there's no fingerprints for i-360, I did check yes and i never received fingerprints for that, after 5months I decided to file i-485 and i-765 then I received notice for fingerprints based on i-485 and I-765. However I also received EAD based on i-360 after approval, I never did a separate fingerprint for it.

Folks I want to clarify something here . Many VJ members have my phone number because I handled their Vawa cases but lately many of them are giving my phone number for people who wants to ask questions about Vawa PLEASE DO NOT give me my phone number if the person is looking for a pro bono attorney , I just answer the questions HERE!. I will answer questions over the phone if the person wants to hire me.
 
Please do not send me an affidavit  and tell me that you need me to review  today  or this week. I will  people who are unemployed or in shelters just on weekends,but because I have tons of cases,private and pro bono, I might take a while to review.
 
I will not talk with psychologist,and  I will consider to handle or  review the case just after reading the psychological evaluation.
