longuscisprocess got a reaction from ms_bobdog in I-864 Withdrawal Letter Sent, Pending I-751 and Divorce
Hello everyone, I have a good news to share. I had interview yesterday and it has been approved. The interview made me worried because the officer told me someone call ICE over me back in 2017 to let them know that I was living separately from my husband. I did not lie and I told all the truth, all the dates and everything. The officer told me she was worried if I would lie her something and that would create more research for her, but I told all truth about our separation and divorce process. After 3 hours from the interview my status changed to card is being produced. I want to thank everyone here who helped me through this tremendous stressfull process, and also wish everyone best wishes. Truth is everything they want, and they know everything about us so be prepared for the interview and go get that god damn greencard.

I hope this thread helps encourage others in the future.
I got mine approved in February, after reaching out again for a i-551 stamp in less than 48 hours without an interview.
It was a two year process. Maybe that's why I didn't get an interview, also waited till the new government had full control, because I think there are a lot of the 74 million people who believe and demand the white supremacy idiosyncrasies.
Some of them even go as far as adjudicating cases with additional rules that fulfill their own ambition for power.
There is no reason whatsoever that anyone should be asked to provide a direct letter from an employer to get an appointment for the I-551 stamp scheduled or have I-751 application with divorce waiver rejected because they failed to provide a copy of spouse passport or birth certificate and every other information that makes the application one based on spouse and 3 year rule when it was clearly a 5 year rule.
I know this for certain because the rejected application was a duplicate of the application that was accepted and approved, which I sent to a wrong address (uscis office).
A lot of strategies were employed by indidividuals in these departments during the last government, one that furthers the abuse of rights and racial discrimination of respectful and diligent residents and some citizens.
The last 4 years has shown how much the United States has moved away from being united, and from being God's own country for anyone and everyone who dare to dream and aspire to achieve towards one that propagate the idea that corruption, human rights abuse and suppression is fine as long as they are perpetuated by the rich and powerful or individuals under the immunity of the law.
The extent of its corruption and the downward spiral to embracing inhumane values but fostering the ideas of plutocrasy and oligarchy is overwhelming.
Congrats, very well deserved.

For me since the goal wasn't the citizenship, but an opportunity to play a part in a functioning society, ones that approves and compensate hard work and offers opportunity for such as well. Now, I'm stuck in a loop, maybe get the citizenship and relocate or just continue to push through. I know not so many have the opportunity to, but with opportunity to work from any where in the world now being part of the new norm, I'm considering and looking for options. I've filled out my N400 for 5 months or days less but yet to submit.

Just an update, I got stamp last week. I had a chat with emma, virtual one, and told her I cannot register for my classes because they placed me on hold and they want to see my status. I was told someone will call me within a week, I got a call, made an appointment and got the stamp. They did not tell me to bring anything though.

My husband and I found out Saturday morning his new card is being produced. We were an SRC (Texas Center) case. We thought we were going to be interviewed because we were not interviewed for AOS and it had been transferred to our local office. So, it was a pleasant surprise! I guess whoever looked at our case was convinced with the huge package we sent last year. I am so glad we did not get an RFE, cause I literally have nothing else to give them except I am listed on his car title. Oh, and that we have a new cat. Haha!

It looks like you submitted checks sent to your apartment rent lease- they want actual lease contract from apartment or home loan statement to prove you both reside together. You sent tax transcripts- they want tax transcript with w2 from Irs page, go to irs.gov and print out transcript from irs page, send driver license or id card with common address with whichever bills you guys have even if it is in either spouse name, to show both of you live together. Affidavit to be written from your families and friends who knows about your relationship and pretty much what they are asking for. I have seen they reply to RFE pretty quick and approve your case if they are satisfied, or call you for interview. It is not bad that they asked for rfe, it means they are working on your case and that is good. Good luck and please update us.

As previously mentioned, we had our interview on January 30 and were told we would receive a letter by the end of the following week (so approx. Feb 7). Well we didn't receive anything last week and nothing yesterday.
Today I get an email/text alert with a Case status notification saying "On February 11, 2020, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXX." After a quick search on this forum, I take it to mean that we were approved but will still wait to get the official letter.
I'm still curious to know what prompted us to be separated during the interview, but apparently everything went fine so I guess I can't complain.

I received my biometrics letter too for 11/19/19, status says fingerprint reuse. I wonder what will they update after fingerprint done. Anyways, I am happy that they are touching my case. Also, my ASC is like 3 minutes away from my home. service center TSC 😀

Hello everyone, I know this group is silent from a while. But I really need help here. I filed joint petition and we got separated. I filed for divorce and I dont have divorce decree in my hand yet. Today I got a notification that my soon to be ex husband withdrew my petition. I called uscis and tier 2 officer spoke with me. He says someone wrote a letter to uscis(husband) telling to withdraw the form. Now my online account tells my case has been withdrawn and to wait until i receive my withdrawn acknowledgement notice. Is there someone like me? what will happen to my case now. I will receive my final decree in two weeks. I was thinking to sent the decree and to change into waiver once i receive the final decree. What can I do now. Please help.
