  1. Someone mentioned that you're from a high fraud country, that's completely their opinion and that of the current administration as at that time to justify what was to come. Don't forget to add that muslims were killing christian rhetoric as well. There's no proven fact to justify any of these claims. The reason for the delay is directly associated to the same claims above and as indicated in Proclamation 10998 announced in November, its purpose was to update 10949 and it created PM-602-0194: Hold and Review of USCIS Benefit Applications Filed by Aliens from Additional High-Risk Countries, which took effect on January 1, 2026. Bottom line for Countries on the list: Applications are NOT frozen, but they face heavier scrutiny and longer processing times across most USCIS benefit types. What stays the same: People from the listed countries can still file USCIS applications and petitions. Biometrics, interviews, and background checks continue. Approvals are legally possible. There is no automatic denial just because the applicant is from those affected countries. What changes: Cases are routed for enhanced vetting. More delays than usual. Higher likelihood of RFEs, additional documentation requests, and supervisory review. Some previously approved cases may be re-reviewed, though less aggressively than for full-restriction countries. The 10949 clause of who entered the United States on or after January 20, 2021 is irrelevant and to me a bambozzle. As long as your country is listed in PM-602-0194, all immigration cases are on hold, and it may be for a long time or up to the next administration. Your N400 was canceled because I751 will not be approved and put on hold. Your interviews must have been scheduled before June, 2025. Anyway, I'll advise you to pray and be ready for a very long wait, no rush, don't reach out to USCIS for updates anymore, stay out of troubles, away from violence or any incident that may fault you and/or involve the cops. You're currently trying to outlast this administration policy or until they reverse course.

I've been in the States for more than a decade and resident for a decade, it's the same for me and a ton of people from counties on the list. N400 due to the current administration's aggressive approach towards immigration restriction, therefore turning an optional personal preference into a necessity. Use the link below to see your case current details, pay attention to the updatedat date, it tells when last your case was pulled and reviewed. https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/IOExxxxxxxxxx Replace xxxx with case number.
  3. Congratulations, I guess that's it for you for the whole process and also coincidences between our cases. Congrats.
  4. Filed 08/21, no updates yet. Last updated at 01/07, previously that was 10/30. Being an immigrant from one of those countries on the new USCIS PM-602-0194 partial restriction list, I'm expecting this process to take longer since there are additional review requirements and longer background checks. Right now, I don't even see the case progress section for now. Hoping for best and wishing everyone still waiting the best as well.
  5. Congratulations. I'm hoping that the rest of us start getting interviews scheduled.
  6. Are you saying that the travel will have to be listed in the passport application?
  7. I don't think it should stop you from traveling, as long as you have a passport allows you to enter your destination. Oath ceremony depends on the FO, some donit in 3 weeks, some up to a month, some more, others in some states do same day. It's really unpredictable. For passport, I've read in the forum that when expedited takes 2 to 3 weeks for urgent travel happening within 6 weeks.
  8. That's wild, we'll see how many more coincidences happen as our cases track forward.
  9. Did she ask you any civics question?
  10. Amazing that this is going very fast for most of the August filers under the 5 year rule. Congratulations to you all. I'm also an August filer, submitted 08/21/ online, biometrics reuse, last update at 09/20/, Dallas FO. Hoping to get this over with as soon as possible, travelling in Dec.
