No email. No text. No update on "old" website.
 
I contacted my senator... a few days ago, maybe it helped!!!

Omggggg I am freaking out right now!!! I just saw that in my mail for this afternoon us a letter from USCIS!!!!! No update on either website as of now so I will have to wait until this afternoon to see what the letter says. We have been waiting since Nov. 10th!!!!

My NOA1 was November 14 (new site) Nov. 10 old site. I've been checking both site multiple times a day for updates for the past month, and nothing. This morning at 8 AM I crossed the Canadian border (I'm a US Citizen, I was re-entering the US). The officer says, oh by the way I can tell you your application was approved on the 6th and the notice was mailed yesterday. Anyways, its almost noon now on the 8th and the new website has just been updated to say Approved on June 7, and the old website has not been updated.

My fiancé asked the help with the congressman last Friday. He answered this monday saying that he opened a congressional inquiry with USCIS. So I really think talking to congressman may have helped.

Nov 1st filer here.... started to get really annoyed with this situation currently at 219 days  and still nothing. Am currently in the USA visiting but  leaving Tomorrow to go home and was sure we would of had it by now.  
Absolutely heart broken. We called uscis 8 days ago and still nothing, sorry not trying to be negative but this is really disappointing 

Just checked the new site and it said we got an RFE. Pretty bummed but at least they touched our case. No clue what it could be. We met 4 times in the past one year and had plenty of evidence. 😢 trying to stay positive. 

We got approved!!!!!! After 208 days !!! No email, no update on any of the apps , just an update on the new website .

We got APPROVED!!!!! No email, no text. Checked both old and new sites last night and nothing there. Checked today, old site still says received, New site says Approved on 6/6/18. x_driven_x  Congrats !!!!!! to you also!!!!! Thanks for all your updates!!!!!!

Congratulations! You already deserve it!

Called USCIS just now even though both websites and apps still said received.  Rep told me in June 6th they sent me a RFE.  Although I would have loved to hear Approved, I’m happy that at least my case has actually been touched.  
 
Now or to see what the RFE is about.

NOA1 is November 14, 2017.

Just a point of encouragement I hope. We received our approval on the 6th from the new site and the old site still hasn’t  been updated. They are working. Keep your heads up and wishing you all speedy approvals. 

Hi Emm. My RFE response received was a day after they received it in the PO Box Laguna Niguel CA. I did express and signature which arrived on time and updated the case the next day at around 10pm PST. 
 
Email, text and app alerted of the update. 
 
Anybody know how long it takes before there is movement after RFE is received?

We finally finally got approved today!!!It was day 218!
The new website became"approved",but the old one or app are still "recieved".

I am wondering if after the weekend's maintenance they are starting to use the new system more, or if the system got screwed up.. Hard to say.
All we can do is be patient. Hang in there guys! At some point, we will find some relief.

Remember back a ways I offered all that you will need from someone who took the time to create a website and "spoon feed" you on what is next when processing in the Philippines. He and I have helped thousands from the Philippines as he has been around for at least 10 years and I about 5 years. That's better than hiring a lawyer and we are free.

Thank you Lord, we were approved June 1, 2018. Just got back home from 4 days of camping in southern Colorado.

1) Received email June 2 at 4:56 am, notifying us "We have taken an action on your case"
2) New website was updated with: Approved
3) Old website still says: Received.
4) Received our I-797 Notice of action with "Notice Date" May 31, 2018 today June 4th in the mail.
          a) So what is our NOA2 date June 1st, 2018 listed on the new website or notice date on the I-797 May 31st, 2018?
 
I am praying everyone here that they would receive their approvals soon.
 

We are approved we are approved we are approved!!! We have been following this thread for sometime now and appreciate everyone’s comments. Driven your analytics have been amazing to follow. We contacted our congressmen on Monday and just got our approval minutes ago... While on the phone with my beautiful goddess fiancé.  I received an email from the new website at 6:39 AM.

If they are laying all these people off, why do they have 64 job postings on their website, with a good chunk of them being processing official, clerk, etc. Some high end director position to. I'm sending over my resume now. Maybe I can get hired at the CSC, find my petition, approve it, then put in my two weeks notice. LOL

Guys... we just got approved! I can barely type I’m so excited!! Day 208. 
 
I recieved an an email first, and then the old website updated. I haven’t checked the new one yet but I will let you know what it says. 

Day 214 for us today.  Hoping this week doesn't let us down! Best of luck to all of those waiting along with us... and counting days!! 🙂

If only you can transfer your approval to someone I will gladly, open heartedly take it!!

Fiancé is considered immediate relative because it is a status that can change to spouse(immediate relative) easily, and it has too much connection with immigration decisions. 
 
Which does not not make sense yeah, but at the same time I believe it also does under these circumstances.
