Hello all. I went to update in the Jan NVC and noticed it’s closed!
 
Anyhuu..NVC documents submitted today. 
 
For reference :
Case received into NVC dec 03 2018
Received case number on Jan 24 2019
Paid fees Jan 24
Payment processed on Jan 29
Documents submitted tonight. Jan 31
 
and now it’s S.A.W.AT
( submit and wait your ### turn!)

Just want to clear....they are now giving december 7 and 8 their case number right?

When i called 01/31 was advise email sent from yesterday but due to system issues maybe that's why I still haven't recieved it.  So definitely will get the email.  I was able to log in with the numbers provided regardless.   If that helps...

Received CC today. Submitted documents on 14th January.

Congratulations!!!!! All employees are back from vacation officially at NVC...Lol 

They sent me an email about an hour ago. 

I got my case number!!!! NVC received petition Dec 7th. 

Same here, I've been checking my spam folder just in case the email goes in there and not my inbox! My received date is Dec 7, Feb 1 will be 8 weeks.

Not sure why you are 'shocked' about electronic processing. You should be happy, as it is easier and takes much less time.
If you received the email about CEAC processing they won't accept mailed document. It's electronic only. There is no point in calling NVC either, but you can call for you peace of mind. You can call them late at night, the wait time is the lowest.
Just make sure they are scanned properly.

Please don't quote me on these dates.  At least let a few weeks past and I'll see the pattern then I'll be in a better position to assist.  But for now, hang on to 02/28.

Not sure of the exact date when it was recieved by NVC, we didn't get told but it got Approved by USCIS back in Mid December.

Got my interview today! The officer said the visa was approved, very exciting news after a long long wait. Now checking the CEAC visa status like a maniac
