Awesome info! I have been doing a lot of networking since moving to Colorado! Meetup is great, volunteering is always a great option! Of course if you are able to financially get to these activities and pay for them, theres lots of options!
 
I've been using Facebook to meet people to build my photography portfolio - which has also helped making friends and getting to know people!  I've been getting everything together business wise so when I can work I am all ready to go!! It's definitely not easy going from 100% self reliant to having to rely on someone - hang in there to anyone struggling it will get better soon!!!

Update: Checked uscis and it was changed to interview was scheduled. I can't wait for the mail.  

Got my letter today, Interview is November 6th woot woot, be prepared for a massive list of documents you need to take, and if anyone has a document in non English, get a translation of it now, in case you cant get it between your letter and interview.

Congratulations! My NOA date is July 26 too. 😁 I’m in Queens, NY though. Hope my interview will be soon (should get an update soon). 😊

Hooray! received an email a while ago that they taken an action on my case and the status in the old site changed to “Ready to be scheduled for an Interview”  before  it was sitting from Case was Received status whereas i usually check on the new USCIS site. Biometrics taken last Aug. 29. Goodluck to all of us

Hi! My Status changed to "Case Is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" . Fingers crossed. 
 
My situation:
 
Changing from F-1 to Green Card via marriage. AOS. Sent I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131. Seattle WA. South Korean married to a US Citizen.
 
Packet Sent: June 21, 2019
USCIS Received Package: June 24, 2019
(Setback) Package came back b/c of incorrect fee..  sent on June 28, 2019.
Credit Card cashed: July 25, 2019
NOA Priority date: July 2, 2019 .. interesting haha
NOA 1 Mail: August 1, 2019
Biometric: August 23, 2019
RFE in Mail : September 18, 2019
-- Something like "medical form expired.. must be received by immigration officer within 60 days of medical test. Please bring new medical form during interview"
Status Changed online: September 25, 2019 -- Case is Ready to be Scheduled for An Interview (I-485). I-130, I-765, I-131 are still same, "Case was Received"

Got my interview letter.  Oct 30th.  Downtown LA field office.  
3 months and 5 days from NOA.  

I got the Interview Was Scheduled on Friday from the USCIS site, so hoping to get the letter in the mail on Monday/Tuesday, looks like things are moving along for July filers.

Finally, after impatiently waiting for 5 days and a dream about chasing the mail lady I received a letter from USCIS regarding my Green Card interview. It's scheduled for October 30th, 12:05 P.M.
