Thank you so much! I will tell him to find out. I don’t think he will be able to get the police certificate now either. My lawyer also said to wait to get the police clearance. Hopefully things start getting back to normal soon. It’s a very tough time for everyone.

Hi Inita, I got my approval this morning. I’m so happy right now. I would like to expedite at the NVC stage too. Do you know when we have to send in the expedite for NVC stage? Is it after we receive the case number and submit documents or before?

I just spoke with USCIS customer service and i asked them what month is the Texas Center currently processing and he said AUGUST, so yes you are correct , we are all getting closer to those NOA2 hopefully 1-2 months then we will all get response

From what I’ve read, this means that all the documents that are required have been accepted and approved. The next step would be the interview. The embassy will schedule your interview and send you an interview appointment letter.

No need to say sorry at all! I’m an October filer and I’m an active reader/poster in all of the other month threads too. Lol. I know how you feel. Everything’s been so confusing lately. People don’t know where their cases are currently at. There have been random approvals. There’s not much consistency in the PDs of cases that are being approved. We are not getting any clear answers to our questions from USCIS either. It took so many days to just figure out if my case was transferred or not (and I’m still not sure if I was told the truth). I just hope that the online processing speeds up everything and we see more and more approvals.  I hope you get your approval soon!

You have to click on Ask Emma in the website. When the chat opens, ask to speak to a live representative. Then you will get the option to do a live chat with a representative. The representative will ask you to confirm some personal details (receipt #, date of birth, mailing address). Then after confirming, you can ask the representative which service center your case is at. Just remember that live representatives are only available Monday - Friday.

Hi. I just got the automated response and in that my service center is still TSC. So I don’t think my case was transferred. I’m not sure why the representative told me my case was reassigned. Atleast now I know where my case is. Thank you for your suggestion to send a message. 

Ok. Thank you. I sent a message through the inbox abt 9-10 hours ago. No response yet. Hopefully I get some answer by tomorrow so I can see which SC my case is at.

Hi everyone. I posted this in the September and October filers thread and wanted to post it here as well. I have been seeing some cases on FB which were transferred from TSC to other service centers after the date change without any notification. These filers had called to ask about their case and that’s when they were told their cases were transferred. No other notification or update was received online or by mail. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m starting to think that maybe those of us who had the Feb 23/Feb 24 date change had our cases transferred to another SC. 
 

I contacted USCIS yesterday via my USCIS account messaging tool.
 
They replied 4hrs later that my case was transferred from California service center to Nebraska service center.
