We received notification from the NVC on October 16th and the documents arrived to the US Embassy in Madrid by October 23rd. AS we were waiting for the P3 and nothing was coming, another girl with similar timeline than me advised me to send an email to the Embassy, so I did and received the P3 by email on November.
Concerning the P4 I cannot give you and answer because I have just sent my P3 today, so in the waiting game!!!

My boyfriend just talk to the layer (she)...and everything was already set up. USCIS already have the new address and he also got the letter from USCIS with the address changed. He received it in June but did not remember it when I ask him today….
So everything is fine...OMG this process is a killer process!!!!!!

To my knowledge our case was not expedited but it seems it was approved two months early? We are thrilled of course. Thanks for noticing 👍 
 
the only thing I can think of, is that I submitted a typographical error to correct the spelling of her surname. I had to correct spellings in 3 items on our application. I didn’t notice this until June I believe? I posted a discussion about it here. Anyways, it seems they fixed her misspellings without any problems and went ahead and granted NOA2.

So my fiancé came to visit me! Thought I'd share the airport experience.
 
We have a number of events over June and July so decided to risk a 3 month stay. I know it's not recommended but we thought what's the worst that could happen, right? He'd be turned away and we still wait. (He already had a B2/tourist good through 2020).
 
Anyway, of course he was pulled into an interview at the airport which left me waiting over 2 and half hours for him. I was starting to worry they weren't going to let him contact me and just send him back. But he finally came through and we rejoiced! 
 
He had our itineraries of the trips for over the summer (plane itineraries, tickets, etc). He was of course honest with them from the beginning that he was visiting me, his fiancé, for the summer. The first agent was going to cut his trip down to 1 week because he was just being an ###. What really pissed me off is the agent started joking with his co-worker in front of Alex, calling him an idiot, fool, and someone looking for a "sugar daddy." I wish he remembered the guys' name as I'd do everything I could to report him. I don't know what accountability immigration agents have but, that's just uncalled for, rude, and incredibly unprofessional. The guy continued to laugh and call Alex names while Alex talked to the supervisor. The supervisor heard it all but pretended to ignore it. Whether the other agent's unprofessional comments affected the supervisor's decision or not, we don't know, but he allowed Alex to stay for 2 months (cut a month off). Alex asked him if the K1 visa affected things, if he shouldn't come back until it's all done, if he could come back, or what was the supervisors advice? The supervisor told him that they don't care about the K1, they don't care about the length of time, where he's staying, or his itinerary. The only thing they care about is that he has enough cash on hand proportional to the amount of time he's staying. That could very well just be how they operate at the Houston airport or maybe the supervisor was just making it up, I don't know. But that was our experience.
 
In the meantime, we're thankful to be enjoying the two months given to us! 

I have a gut feeling that it will speed up or atleast it they will catch up to some extent. Since 2months passed, another 2-3 months shouldn't be too bad. The worst part if You arent doing anything or keeping yourself busy. 
My advice to all of us, don't look at the calendar and live right now. Talk to Your fiance as much as you possibly can and try to get yourself busy with stuff. Take some free college courses, start doing Yoga, learn to play an instrument, draw, travel, write, anything. Nothing depends on us anyway from filing, so why to speculate? Let's appreciate the fact that we actually have a chance to bring em here in the first place as some people can't for different reasons.

Waiting for something is all we do our whole lives, use that time wisely!
My fiance and I actually haven't started to plan anything with regards to the wedding. Once the time comes, im sure everything will settle and come out good. I don't like huge weddings, nor i want one. Just closest friends, family.

My love is in town and we did an engagement photo shoot this weekend (in 100 degree weather ), have to post one here because we aren't putting them online until tonight and I'm eager to share! He's been here two weeks and it's been so amazing. My birthday is Thursday and then he leaves on Friday, we're both trying not to think too hard about him leaving. We will see each other again in three weeks so it's a little bit easier. But then after that we won't see each other again until visa is approved and we move him here from Canada.

I just came back from Europe visiting my Fiance and family! Spent there less than 2 weeks, due to work. But we are planning that she'll come to visit in august for 3-4weeks or so, at most till first week of Sept.
Got my first tattoo in meantime, and continuing to play/learn guitar! Trying to keep myself busy.

RFE or not, i just want to get approved, and since we've been together 3years, with tons of visits, i'm really not that worried.

Hi! This thread needs some positivity!
I am very happy that I get to spend 5 weeks with my honey this summer. I'm leaving for Istanbul on 06/25 and coming home on 07/31. Is anyone else traveling with their fiance this summer? Going to see him or her?
 
I am staying positive that the slightly lower number of petitions during the winter months will help us out and that maybe our timelines will be accurate
 
We shouldn't mind an RFE.... it's a good thing really. So bring them on!

I did bring my copy of NOA1, printed copy of my itinerary, certificate of residence (住民票) and its english translation with me just incase I got questioned about anything.
 
I'll be visiting again in August (hopefully the last time before i move), hoping for a smooth entry then too!

I applied for the tourist visa B2 just after filling the K-1 on March, 6. The lawyer advise me not to travel with my ESTA. I had my interview at the embassy and everything was fine. Just visit my boyfriend the first week of April. So you do not lose anything trying and most cases I read they got their tourist visa. It is true that the lawyer told me better to use it for short vacations like máximum 3 weeks.
