We filed in December 2021 and have heard nothing. So we filed for citizenship in January 2023. She had her citizenship interview today and passed. So it was faster than waiting on approval for the ROC. 

Received date of February 25, 2021.  I just got an email stating that a new card is being produced and will be mailed to me as of today.  Good luck to all of you still waiting.  Now to help my husband with his English so he can apply for citizenship.  But for now, we don't have to worry about a stupid extension letter every few months.

I filed on feb 26 and got an update that they are reviewing new docs I sent in. So looks like they are at the end of the February pile

My received date at Potomac was February 23:rd 2021, and today my status changed to New card is being produced. 😅 Now I'm just crossing my fingers they'll send the card to the right address (I've moved twice since i applied) 🤞
 
Been checking the progress at Potomac by using the case track app, and they seem to be processing applications from second half of February 2021 at the moment. Good luck everyone!

And even after this scheduled maintenance, my I-751 status is still blank! I've officially crossed 29 months now, chatting with a live agent has only yielded them telling me the service center my application is at, and there doesn't seem to be any movement on either of my applications. Just an incredibly frustrating process.
 
EDIT: Just saw that processing times for YSC have now gone up to 30 months. This gets funnier with every passing day.

Congrats... did your status change online?  Or were you surprised with a green card in the mail?  We filed Feb 2021 so I am hopeful.

No, my husband doesn't trust his English enough to pass the citizenship exam. 

854 days since they received my package.  We did fingerprints and have received three extension letters.  Still waiting and can't make an inquiry for a few more months.  

Welcome buddy!  Sadly, not a good thing to celebrate. LOL

There is a pretty good post from a former USCIS officer on Reddit on why USCIS is so slow.  It doesn't mention Potomac specifically but I believe his reasons fit in that category.  You can find it on the r/uscis Reddit group.  I believed them pinned the post so its at the top.  

Informed Delivery shows what is likely my husband's 48 month extension letter.  I am very relieved.  I was dreading calling to make an appointment for an infopass.  It's better than nothing  I guess.
 
 

Someone who received the 24 month letter when that switch was made said it took around 2 months for the new letters to be sent out. So March/early April feels likely.

It is a fact.  I wish it was a joke because USCIS IS A JOKE.  I just has to laugh about it because my husband and I are slowly becoming senile about this whole mess.  Haha

I filed in August 2020 and I got notified this morning that they are producing my new card.
 
Literally 2 days ago I finally got an infopass appointment for a I-551 extension stamp in my passport lol.... typical. Oh well maybe other people who filed around August 2020 will finally be seeing updates on their cases now.
