hell0w0rld08 got a reaction from RedroseMT in 2018 taxes problem
They want to see the most current tax filing.
If you can provide it great if not then send it in and see what they say...
Worst case scenario is you will get an RFE just like me.
I filed taxes sent it in and my AOS was back on track.

hell0w0rld08 got a reaction from Coleslaw in I-693 Medical: Doctor said to do it once I got an interview date
get it done once you have an interview date.
You are not required to send one in during initial filing.
These things expire and you'll never know when a interview date will be assigned to you.
Good luck!

They do inform you that they received the RFE.

This post might be getting a little out of hand.
The advice has already been given, maybe this needs to be locked and filed.
No one case is the same and no one CO thinks the same so just be prepared, the burden is on you to prove the relationship is legitimate.
USCIS will make their decision based on what they see in front of them and that is all.
If you feel you have enough proof then great, just sit back and wait for the interview, if not then continue to prepare.
This forum is great and filled with many people that is willing to help with the experiences that they have.

Then don't bring it up.
Focus only on the petitioner and your relationship.

hell0w0rld08 got a reaction from Chocobo in Adjustment of Status interview today
Hey Gang,
We had our interview today at the San Bernardino CA office and we were approved, the entire process took about 1 hour and a half and we were interviewed separately (probably due to a prior marriage).
My wife was accompanied by an interpreter as well.
Our entire process took about 9 months since sending the package with 1 RFE.
Good luck to those that are still waiting!

hell0w0rld08 got a reaction from Chocobo in When did you schedule your medical exam?
Try local health departments first.
My wife had all vaccinations at the health department for $15 total and we went to a surgeon general to have him fill out the form, perform tb skin test and blood test for $130.
$145 total for the entire medical portion of the AOS process.
