I change nothing I said.  I am not talking about people meeting the requirement and making sure they have enough information.  I am talking about the people printing tens of thousands of pictures and tens of thousands of pages of texts.  If you look at this thread I was actually suggesting that they should seriously "over front load" their petition because of their situation.  I said "over front loading" is generally bad.  Sending thousands of pages of texts and thousands of receipts and bankers boxes of photos is not a good idea and will hurt.  I think we have a different definition of "over front loading".

So in summary, there is a difference between "front loading" and "over front loading".  There is a point of diminishing return.  That is all I was saying and in the case above, they need to exceed what is "normal" for the rest.

So here are the actual instructions from USCIS.  Please feel free to read them and make any changes that you decide is what they actually want.  I'm sure the nice people are now printing their 15000 pages (Rose and I have well over 25000 pages of texts as of this morning) and printing 5000 pictures (Rose and I have about 7500 with family and friends) are so happy that you changed the requirements.  Yes, you heard it here.  I was wrong about "over front loading".  Do not follow the directions from the government.  The real smart people are here...

So without further ado, here are the old and incorrect instructions that the USCIS gives...

Really? During my military career, I had a motto..."if you are over-prepared, you are fully prepared"....i think the same concept fits in this area as well.

    Hello!

Every case is different from another case.

    1) Actually, Applicants mustn't frontload their case to prove a Bona-fide Relationship at the Interview.

    2) Applicants from these Countries don't have a lot to show to prove a Bona-fide Relationship at the Interview.

As of last week, up-to 3 Applicants got their visa, approved at the Interview at the USEM, Nigeria.
One of the Applicants visited once, submitted 6 photos and just had a screenshot of social media Chat. They were approved straight up.

Generally, COs try to look closer when you try so hard to prove that your Relationship is bona-fide.

Just get and have the required documents and evidence needed.
Pray fervently and answer the Interview Questions.

To be clear, the Q&A session that John is referring to was from about 10 years ago I think, and I haven't gone back to read it but from what I remember, it actually says that front loaded applications might take longer because adjudicators get through the 'easier' thin files first....

To the OP and also to @TinaMah - don't worry - front loading is absolutely the right thing to do in 95% of cases.  Mine was heavily frontloaded, and I got my visa on hand yesterday, and will be flying to the US forever on the 13th March, so take it from me, it doesn't hurt to front load your petition.

    Best of luck.

You are very much correct sir...Dealing with countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, and any other high fraud countries there is a lot we have to prove to show a bonafide and genuine relatinship, so OP you done right by submitting all evidence mentioned above...Wishing you well on your journey!

No red flags, I met my fiancé and went to visit her while my divorce was still pending, a week after the divorce I filed the 129F and got approved 2 weeks ago. You just need to be officially divorced before filing the petition and submit copies of the divorce decree.
And this is my 2nd K1 I'm going through, the previous relationship lasted 12 years and we have a son.
