my WAC Case just updated to: 
New card is being produced.
 
it looks like they were working without notice me of received my RFE package, despite my case was transferred to NBC, the New Orleans office requested me the RFE, i answered it, and after few days ( 22days) waiting my case was updated.

no N-400 filed yet! 😬 hopefully I’ll be waiting less than file both, who knows? 🤷🏻‍♂️ 
 
Last month I just got my stamp with only 6 months valid 😞 because my case is in the final steps, the field office 

My field office is in New Orleans. They are still closed, but supposed to open back up 9/27 according to this page from USCIS. It has been long enough since Ida that I'd guess there is a huge backlog of cases.

I'm sure many people are.  When a natural disaster affects infrastructure, non-emergency government offices may close temporarily.

I got surprise mail this week. I got my CA drivers license that's valid until 2025 so about 4 years. So weird. 😅 Glad I don't have to go back for a while now. Also no restrictions on the DL

May 20, 2019 summitted our I-751 petition, received/assigned an MSC case#. May 20, 2020 filed online for N-400 Naturalization. Yesterday Atlanta USCIS FSO combination interview received USCIS Form N-652 "Application has been recommended for approval." We'll now await full Citizenship approval notification and scheduling date for the Oath ceremony.  We're now very close to crossing the USCIS DOS immigration journey finish line. Hi everyone, I-751 jointly filed in jul 2019, bio done feb 2020, case transferred to NBC jul 2020 (notification showed up twice, my case is back at my local office). As of September 8th 2020 it says case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I filed in LA, the wait time here is insane. Had to get I551 stamp as well

I filed on Sep 2019.
Bio on May 2020
Case transferred on Nov 2020

JulesOz, as you know same here with me and it is very frustrating to see so many cases filed after us getting approved. I’m on this Facebook Group and every day people that filed in 2020 (not even 2019) getting approvals from all centers. 
this is so not fair
 
In same FB group I started hearing that people that filed in 2019 are now getting RFEs to get evidence for end of 2019 and 2020:.. like seriously, uscis!? 
so maybe in this case it is worth just applying for Naturalization and attach more proofs so they don’t send an RFE for I-751.

My ROC was also transferred on 01/06/21 and I will be getting the letter in the mail today. I hope it’s not something to worry about. I filed my ROC on 05/31/20.

Thanks for sharing this. You did not have a  biometrics appointment/waiver before the transfer, right? If so, I'm on the same boat.

You can get as many GC extensions as needed by getting passport stamp with info pass. 

check online what is your normal processing time for your service center and if it’s outside of normal processing time period, then you are encouraged to submit a service request via online form or via call to uscis 
 
good luck! Cases are being approved now from that we’re filed from mid 2019 to early 2020, so I’m sure your approval or interview are coming soon. Little more patience needs for this final stretch

Hi guys anyone here already received biometric appointment from california service center? I sent my i751 Nov 12 to Phoenix PO Box and recieved NOA Nov 20, Still waiting for Bio Appointment...

GUYS!!!
I got a notice today dated December 15th and it is an interview notice!
I thought it would be for the EAD/AP but no, an interview.
It's January 19th in Cleveland which is less than 3 months after my PD.
I'm freaking out already mainly because we have almost no new evidence since we filed only two months ago.
Any advice?
 
(I'm not adjusting from K1 but still wanted to share in case people are not following the other October thread)

Thanks, but I wish! It was my mistake - there was no official interview waiver, so still no AOS updates. I was just expecting things to go a lot slower than they did.
 
For me though, as long as I have my EAD I'm good I hope you're all hanging in there. How are you all spending your time? It's quite rough, no?
