No.  The CR1/IR1 has been in place longer than the K3.  The K3 was created to reduce separation times when I-130s took years to adjudicate.  Policy changes and a reduction in adjusication timelines at both the USCIS and NVC have made the chances of getting a K3 less than 1%.   Military do not have a better chance at k3 than anyone else.

Sorry ,  should have said immigration is trying to replace K3 with CR1 and phasing out the K3
On one of the USCIS sites i read they are not completely stopping K3 as military that are deployed can use it
but we are talking morocco here and even getting a K1 or CR 1 approved the first interview is slim

Since 2010 k3 has been declining.  In 2012 it was .03%.

I'm not sure how many times I have posted this recently...K-3 questions seem to come in waves.

Current USCIS policy is to adjudicate an I-129F for a spouse with the I-130.
Current NVC policy is that if an approved I-130 arrives before or at the same time as an approved I-129F, then the I-129F is administratively closed.
Using the 2 policies above creates a situation in which almost all K-3 processes are stopped at either USCIS (when the I-130 is approved, sometimes they deny the I-129F outright as "benefit obtained via another means") or NVC (via administratively closing it).

Is there a non-zero chance of getting a K-3 through? Yes. But it's like playing the lottery with a prize that may only slightly be better for some individuals (K-3 has most of the disadvantages of a K-1, including the extra fees and forms for AOS).

K-3 exists on the books because it was created via law and can only be removed when the law is changed or repealed. USCIS and DOS cannot remove it until then, but they can (and have) made it so it's not a viable path in almost all situations.

You will be applying for the CR1 visa the spousal visa

they can and do deny at any time to anyone
married on 1st visit with knowing each other only 5 months will be looked at closely
but the mutilple visits will help

    things that are important
being young and able to still have children is a plus
    are you same religion?
marriage approved at by Moroccan mother?
    able to afford the process?
125 % poverty guidelines for sponsorship or cosponsor to help?
do you have photos of USC and Morocco family together and can USC label the Moroccans in photos?
most important are you willing to go the distance?   over a year for 1st interview
and possible denial and doing the documents to support a  NOIR or NOID and reapplying and goiing another year to get the visa?
Casa is more than hard / only just over 450 CR1 approved in 2016 and only 276 K1's
    good luck

@Kat123  I did submit both and as someone who does know what they are talking about - the K-3 was dead in the water - it never went anywhere.  I think everyone's voice and experience on this thread and forum are VALUABLE because each visa and immigration story is unique.  You can agree to disagree with me.

If one does submit a K-3 and start the CR/IR1 visa process at the same time.. and the i130 is approved first - which is what usually happens it merges into a IR/CR1 visa case.

Long story short @mery mery remember this is a saga with three different stages and it can for some take longer than others.. don't give up as its can cause a lot of stress and strain on your relationship.  You can do it!!

I know that you are young and excited and that he will stay - but @RJandHamid have been on these forums and talking to women with Moroccan husband or men with Moroccan wife for a long time. We have both seen more people denied than approved visas and we are trying to give you advice on how to have a SUCCESSFUL visa. I could not agree more with her about waiting until after your February visit to file your paperwork.

While I think it's good you are close in age, and that he is Muslim, and his family came over to be at the wedding it is NOT COMMON in the US to marry someone you have just met. What steps have you taken to prove to USCIS that you have a true marriage? Do you just have photos and chat logs? Was he able to put you on his insurance? Open a bank account together? While I understand you want to do this SOON, you want to get an approved visa. There are many people on here who have HUGE long administrative processing times or unapproved visas from Morocco after getting married. My now-husband and I had an unapproved fiance visa, and after four more trips we finally got married and are filing a CR1 (we purposely had more trips without to make our case stronger). Even though I'm also planning to visit every few months, I am preparing for the fact it could be years before he gets here. Yes, cases are denied or have long AP all the time.

My husband and I are on Facebook groups that are in Darija and one of the common themes is people who have long AP times or not approved visas from marrying the first time. Since you already did that - it's strongly advised to wait until you meet a 2nd time at least (if not more) before you file. If you message me privately I can send you the links to some of the groups there and you will see for yourself.

When you fill in your timeline/profile, it will link you to the Morocco portal where you can read posts specifically from those who have gone through the Moroccan embassy. Here are a few on the first few pages

Look at the 8th response on the question below which talks about AP after marriage even with a 6 month stay:

    Hi,
The K-1 Process is not open to you because you are married
The K-3 visa process is no longer processed by USCIS or NVC

The Consulate can deny the visa for multiple reasons including they just don't believe its a real marriage.

129F is only for fiancé visa. If you’re married, you’re not longer a fiancé.

USCIS says a spouse visa takes a year, but because of the current processing times at USCIS everything is taking longer and longer every day. Expect a lot of time and a lot of waiting around for a spouse visa. Apply ASAP.

28 weeks is not realistic.  The spousal visa is closer to 14 months.

Actually, the 129F is used for both the K1 and K3 visas.  K3 visas are essentially obsolete since most people file the I130 for a CR1/IR1, but the K3 is still a valid visa.  I am not an expert as to why you might want to file for a K3 as usually if people file both the 129F and 130, they end up being combined during processing, but I suppose for some countries a K3 may process faster.

Spousal visas take 12 to 14 months. Your husband is wrong.

You are asking about the K3 visa. Be aware that the K3 visa is obsolete and is rarely approved. If you file for a K3 it will likely be converted into a CR1/IR1.

Follow the guides on how to file for a spousal visa...http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides/

File for a spousal visa. Nothing you can do but wait. Everyone has to wait it out.

As others have already said, the K3 visa is no longer a viable option. You will need to file the I-130 for the CR1 spousal visa.

The process is taking anywhere from 9 months to 14+ months. Casablanca is an incredibly difficult consulate to go through the visa interview, and yes they can and do deny spousal visas. How long have you and your spouse known each other? How often have they visited you in Morocco? Do you have a large age difference? All of these things are things that the consulate in Casablanca look at when when determining a visa approval.

There is always a chance.  Morocco is considered to be a high fraud country.  Therefore, it is very important to "front load" your petition with QUALITY evidence....
