Approved!!!!!! Status changed to application received I assume thats normal 

Case Status: Ready!!!!! Woohoo Only two days since NVC sent it out! My fiancé and I are so flippin excited!!

Our case is ready !!! I better email them real quick to get interview letter so we can do medical fast since our interview is in 15 days

In Transit! I haven't gotten an email yet but I checked the CEAC case tracker and its on its way! We got our case number on the 18th so its been a long 2 weeks haha

Hi. My case is now in Transit as well. It says an interview date has been provided by the National Visa Center. What does that mean? I already scheduled an interview using the information I found on other peoples timelines from my country.
 
 
Also. My fiancee went to her medical today and they turned her away because she did not have an invitation from the embassy with the interview date on it. So now I guess I have to reschedule that. We gave them a copy of the confirmation page on the CGI federal website and they were perplexed on how we scheduled it without embassy invite first.
 
 
How should I proceed? My interview is October 18th.

So we should be all in transit to our embassies by tomorrow or Wednesday right? We have our interview the 18th and medical tomorrow so cutting it close 

Yaaay date twins lol well I just called and the lady said it’s in “process for a case number as we speak” so I gave her a minute or two and then she was able to give me the case number!!!! Just try to call back later.  

I called 603-334-0888 when I called the other number the first time the lady on the phone told me to call the other one since for the process we are at right now falls under a “non-immigrant” visa.

Sep 4th!! Yay so excited!

So I just got off the phone with NVC they said it was received 9/14 😁 which is today but to call back since it can take up to 60 days 🙁 for a  case number assignment 🧐either way I’m still excited 😄
