Hi all,
My husband came to the States in August 2018 through K1 fiance visa. Then We got married in October 2018 and he received his conditional GC in September 2019, which will expire in September 2021. My question is when can he apply for unconditional 10 year GC? Since our marriage is two years already can he apply now?

Hi guys,
Our case is still at NVC, we are wrapping up with our documents. I once saw that, we need to present our Intend to Marry papers to the US consulate in the benediciary’s country as well, of course with a new date. My question is, the address, is it still addressed to USCIS or to the consulate?

Letter of intent and a signature to an official form is different.
You can fill I-134 on your computer, print it out and then sign. (This is what wet signature is)
after that if they accept the prinout of the scanned copy(this is still considered wet signature but it wouldn’t be original papers) or you mail it.
this should be asked to the embassy.
I think that makes sense, because of that "original" phrase in the instructions, I hesitated what to do.I will sign by hand and mail.Thank you Naes

Hi all,
I have filled out I-134 on computer and also signed it thru an app.I e-mailed it to my fiance(beneficiary).I am not planning to mail any documents to him.Is it any issue? Is there any document that I should mail , i.e bank statement original, I-134 hard copy signed by hand etc? Or It is okay to scan the papers?

Guys
when we ask statement from our Employer, it says nature of the employment? Could you explain what it means, I want be sure before asking from my employer.
also at supporting evidence, it mentions “ List containing serial numbers and denominations ...”. What does it mean, and do all of us need to provide that.( I am the petitioner)
and to whom does the employment statement is addressed to.
-
I am the petitioner. When I fill out I-134, on section 'Income and Asset Information', 'Market value of my stocks and bonds'. Does this include 401k savings, I think it does, but just want to confirm.

Justa quick question. On may 8th I got approved and saw my approval on the app.It says " On May8, 2018, we approved your form of I-129F." I just receieved the mail as well.It says Notice Day:05/07/2018. Which one is my NOA2? When I call NVC, what date are they going to ask.I a little confused

Mine are 2 months old. But I’m adding recent pay stubs (scanned and sent to me) just in case.
2 months is not really considered too old in this
Dont forget the tax returns!
addition: I don’t know why but our birth certificate is only valid for 3 months(at least the one I got from embassy) so don’t forget to check that!
Thank you Naes, then I guess I can start putting them alı together. And like you said, if anything else is nerdesin I will e-mail them later.I am planning to wait one more week to call NVC , I hope My papers would have arrived by then. Thats exciting 😇🙂

You can start depending on how soon you want the interview and also, the available Interview slots. Like @BnK said, you can start now.
So If our interview happens to be scheduled two months later, having those documents being two months old 😁, would that be a problem, or they will still accept it

Hi everyone
My NOA2 is May 8th. I am trying to prepare the documents to send to my fiance. I was wondering how soon should I start , I mean I need to get bank statement, pay stub and employment paper. I dont want the People in the consulate deny my documents because they are outdated 🙄.Anyone has any idea how old those papers can be? Or should I get them after I get my nvc case number?
Appreciate guys 😊

omg, because my NOA1 date is NOVEMBER 1st. So technically, I am a november filer.
okay, that's why I said you go by received date.If your received date is October, then you are and October filer. But anyway, do whatever feels comfortable, not that they are any different

Exactly. Which is why I am in the November thread and not the October one
if your received date is October 30th, how come you are in the november thread?
