Just wanted to share we had our interview today and was turned down. According to the officer we lack evidence of a continuing relationship, as well as they need "old" evidence from the beginning or our relationship. My fiancé was also asked for whatsapp text proof. So for now I'm trying everything possible to obtain what is needed to send back and hope for the best. He was asked lots of questions, my favorite color, how we got engaged, my employment, what type of work my parents do, what my room looks like and some personal questions. Really wish we had the luck like some others I have seen. But Im praying better days are ahead. I hope all is well with everyone. Congrats to all that has had success so far.

Our interview was yesterday in Montreal. We were there for a total of 2 hours, everything went super smoothly and we were approved!  Good luck to all who haven't been approved yet, you will get there soon! 

I am not sure if I half-won or half-lost the battle. Or maybe it's the same difference.
It was my interview in Montreal today.
Q&A went perfectly well - interviewer said she had no doubt that our relationship is genuine. All of the documents were fine, everything checked out, except for two things:
 
First: My ORIGINAL birth certificate from the Philippines is no longer valid according to her since Philippines revamped their system and birth certificates are now in a form of a card with watermark as opposed to my very old and yellowing paper document with actual ink signatures and seal. She said I need to get a new and original copy from the Philippines ... Of course I would like to argue that you can't get any more original than the document that I was holding in front of her, so old and original that it can disintegrate any moment    but I didn't want to be perceived as annoying and stubborn & jeopardize my chance. I wasn't aware of the change that took place in the Philippines since I've lived most of my life in Canada. Of course the first thing I did when I got out of the interview & back to my hotel, was order one on-line. I just hope that Philippines will act on my request quickly.
 
Second: The RFE on my Fiance's Decree's Absolute came up again. I mentioned to her that we've already satisfied the very same inquiry (RFE) at USCIS and thus got approved but she said she doesn't have a copy of what we sent to USCIS. I didn't even think of making a copy of my fiance's explanation why Decree's Absolute IS the divorce paper. Again, I tried to justify my case but didn't want to reach the point that she gets irked by my persistence.
 
So right now, I am not sure if I should celebrate for the smooth Q&A, or cry over the 2 documents that we still have to produce & present. Oh my gosh, the loonggg wait!  This is a real test for true love.

I'm so sorry. This is my fear. I am scared to death that somehow something is going wrong which is why we're waiting so long.

I don't get why they didn't alter it for you, seeing as it is clearly shown with the copies of it you sent? I dunno.
At least you're not in the dark anymore. Hopefully they fix it quick and you're on your way to the finish line.

After seeing 1 guy to give over my papers and fingerprints, I was sat waiting for 10 minutes to see the second person. It was pretty empty in there. 
The lady asked about my Baltimore Ravens shirt I'm currently wearing, made me raise my right hand and ask if all my stuff was correct, asked where in the US Mr H lives, if he lived in a house... Then boom.
"I'll issue you your visa. You have a great day."
Was at the booth for 2 minutes. 
Total time inside the embassy; 30 mins. 
It's an impressive looking building.
 
Called him, he couldn't eat his breakfast he was that excited and shocked that there wasn't a problem 😂
 
Up to 2 weeks to collect my visa and envelope.

Well POE for Rakhel was Chicago its been 1 week since she got here! amazing how time flies! 
As far as customs go she said immigration was easy in O'Hare they just asked who was picking her up and reminded her about the 90 days several times and that was it. Now if we could only get some warm weather here in the Midwest lol she has been freezing since she got here  The below pic is from Navy Pier after it was taken she was ready to head inside.. Remember warm blankets and turning up the furnace if your anywhere where its still cold!
