yup I'm here at Day 219, @JohnAna05823 also in the same boat as all of us. I'm quite sure we've all sent inquires when the processing time was updated yesterday so hopefully we will heard some back quickly. Someone said they received their approval at exactly the 7 month mark Day 221. If I apply that to my case & @Trinab80 since we both have the same NOA1 date, we should hear something by Friday. I can only continue to pray we get approvals soon.

Yes it was me I received mine exactly 7 months. I called and called and spoke with Tier 2 and a few days later it was on my tracker that I was approved. Dec.15

I hope everyone had a happy holiday. Sad I couldn't spend it with my fiancée :( Its been a real strain on the relationship but we soldiering through it. Today marks Day 218 with no RFE or anything. Trying to stay optimistic and pray an approval will come before the new year.

They have to have an answer for you within 7 months of NOA1 receive date, I received my NOA 2 on exactly day 221, 7 months. If you do not receive it by the 7 month deadline you can file an inquiry!

  3. I found out from a tier 2 officer that the USCIS has to have a decision for I-129 visa's no longer than 7 months from Noa 1 receive date or else you can file an inquiry and the supervisors do not like when inquiries are filed. I called many times in the past 3 weeks and wouldn't you  know I got my Noa 2 approval 7 months exactly, 221 days. May 15 Noa 1 received, December 15 Noa 2 approval. My advice and what worked for me was calling 2 times a week and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer. Keep the faith!

It’s really hard to estimate because past cases often made it to interview a lot faster than most recent cases. I used to rely on those cases to understand my own timeline, but things really started to get delayed for May filers.

To use mine as a timeline, I received NOA2 on a October 26th, it arrived at my consulate today, December 20th. So approximately 2 months to consulate and then not sure how far out my interview will be, but I’m assuming late January to mid-February. So, it’s seemingly like 3-4 months from NOA2 to interview, at least for me.

    I hope that helps :)

Thanks, wow can not believe this whole process will take almost 1 year

Finally APPROVED, 30 days after they received my reply for the RFE. Thank you Jesus for answering our prayers. 7 months to the day of the Noa 1 received. May 15 filer - Approved Dec.15. Some advice to those still waiting, call USCIS at least 2 times a week, like Monday and Friday and ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer. I have done that for the past month and I think they relay the message to the officer working on your case and they get tired of hearing it and do something about it. Just my opinion but it seemed to work for me. Another thing I learned from a Tier 2 officer is that USCIS has to have a decision within 7 months of Noa1 received date if not then you can file an inquiry and that is not good for the officer working on your case, they probably catch hell from their supervisors if an inquiry is filed. Keep the Faith, do not give up and Pray always, worked for me. Thank you to all my May filer family for all the advice and support. A big shout out to Shoegum who is a big help to all of us for His Scans.

Oh yea, I was notified on the tracker app on my cell phone, should get the hard copy in the mail hopefully this week
