I must say i have no idea how any package gets delivered in the Philippines, but the last time i sent a box, it was opened, gone thru, and my fiance was never given a notice she had a package

She went on her own to see if it ever showed up

 

So, sending it to my fiance isnt a problem, its how it gets to her

The Philippines does not have a United States Postal service

I've sent letters thru regular mail to my fiancee in the Philippines for the past 2 1/2 years many times and she received everyone.  I also sent important papers thru DHL  where they insure it and you can track it. Never had a problem

I had an attorney handle my Fiancee Visa, everything requested was submitted. They are just getting into May filers now, My Noa1 receive date was May 15.  It's been  145 days,  should be receiving the Noa2 soon. The last I checked,  early May filers are starting to receive Noa2 This is the longest part of the whole process. Once we receive the Noa2 approval it is only a matter 4-6 weeks for interview.

Some Police Certs take months to get.  If you wait for the letter are you willing to wait months for the police certs?  My fiancée got hers from Ireland and Korea.  My fiancée hasn’t worked in Korea since the 90s.

I rather get it and have it on hand. Not worried about the fee, I just don't want to delay this any further. Any help would be appreciated.

I talk to my baby 3 times a day, my morning, her morning and once in between. Thank God for the app Viber or I would be broke just calling there. we talk for about 2 1/2 hrs. a day for the past 2 1/2 years. Visited her 3 times, and have many pictures and proof,so I am pretty certain we have that covered.  My attorney told me to take snapshots of the phone log and text messages from Viber.  Emails, Cards, letters, the more the better. Proving to them that the relationship is real and not fake is 99% of the battle. Anyway, I do not think anyone should be able  decide who we love and want to marry as long as it is legitimate and we are paying for the process.
