Wish I had some advice for you or something, but I think @John & Rose kinda nails it with the advice that he posts, about being gentle and patient with each other, remember why we're doing this, etc.

(This is going to sound terrible but if you ever want to put your own situation into perspective, go and lurk in the January filers forum.  For however awful I felt about how long Tiger and I have been separated, at least we hadn't just filed...and godspeed to those poor souls!)

Our day has a lot of filers being the first July date, yet we’re having too far and few approvals.

Yes. I’m feeling the same way. Congrats to people that have their NOA2s, even if their dates were way after ours. I don’t know how @John & Rose does it.

Well, on the bright side your case got touched. You’ll know what needs to be done. Better to be there than to be kept in the dark for ages like members with May and June cases who are still waiting.

Okay so I'll tell you all what happened even though I'm worried it'll jinx it.  USCIS finally called me back at a time I could answer and they said that my case was "ordered approved" which I assume means approved?  She said that they were sending the notice out in the mail and mentioned an app update in a few days.  I'm still in disbelief so my fiance and I have been checking the app over and over again and continuing to obsessively check the mail.  I can't accept it until we actually see the notice.  I assume they wouldn't take the time to call and tell me if it wasn't true but I am just a bit stunned.  I'll keep you updated on when we get the paper notice and if the app updates as well.

You’re in a great place. I doubt USCIS is teasing you. I’d rather be in your shoes than in the dark. Either way, our NOA2s shall be coming soon.
