Got approved today SRC.

Received December 23, 2020.

March 8 fingerprints was waived.

Approved June 16.

Card being produced.

I submitted my application I-751  on December 12/21/2020 and tracking info says delivered 12/24/2020. As of today, January 9th, we still haven’t receive a notification from the USCIS. 

Does anyone have the same time frame with us and have receive an update?

San Antonio Field.

Status changed to “Interview was Scheduled” on 1/07/19 and my wife’s due date for our baby boy is in early march. Hoping the interview is before march.

Filed all three July 6.

Package received July 9.

You’ll be fine without SSN. Like you said, you can get your SSN once you have your EAD with an expired I94.

You don’t need to check the box if you are going to the SSN Office. It’s probably faster getting your SSN card at the office and you need to get it done before your 

 I-94 expires.

Yes, your certified copy of marriage license is your proof to use your husbands last name and you will get your green card with your married name.

The only problem, is that I put the UPS delivery address instead of the USPS P.O box and it was delivered by USPS.

Anyone who had experienced CFO in Cebu?

My fiancee will be attending CFO next month in Cebu. She already got approved with the interview and will be going once Visa on hand. She will be bringing copys and originals; CENOMAR, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, VISA, PASSPORT, PARENTAL ADVICE (24yr), pictures together, And ID’s.

1. What does it mean by “ from USC”? Because it gives a list of requirements too.

2. Does she have to bring any documents from the petitioner?

3. What other documents that aren’t on my list that she need?

I-134 requires the petitioner wet SIGNATURE and the rest can be copy.
