She cannot "live" with you during the process... however she may be able to visit you a time or two but her visits are subject to normal limits, if she is allowed to enter. Her ability to enter might get more difficult and you should prepare for that.
K-3 until/unless changed, is for the most part currently administratively obsolete

Maybe you should read more clearly...
First of all I am the one who told your uninformed self that Aruba is where the POE activities will occur. I have more a clue about the process than you.
Do you honestly think your situation is a first? Don't be ignorant to think that your fiancee is somehow the first non English speaking traveler to come to the USA who is unfamiliar with the airport and POE process and is pregnant. The POE handles situations similar to your fiancee's frequently and are equipped to handle NON-ENGLISH speaking travelers. They do it EVERY DAY.
Aruba = a small airport. Two hours will be fine.

    1) HRR (home residency requirement) means 2 years after you complete
    2) of course you need to mention it. One part of the visa application is for you to detail all your names since birth

If you are crossing into Canada on a Canadian passport... Do you really think they will deny entry to one of there "own"? Unless you are "persona non grata," I am quite sure it is "illegal" for such a thing to happen..

In the legal sense, NO. A fiance(e) visa means the alien enters as a fiance(e) NOT as a spouse

now maybe, but I don't think you did, because if you had, you would have understood how both those questions needed to be answered on your petition in relationship to obtaining US citizenship.

If you go back to the original thread I moved, I left this little "trinket" of information.
The information is a direct copy/paste of the US Embassy and Consulate Discussion forum description per the powers that be here at VJ. The highlighted section is the important section as well as the WHY behind the thread being moved. Which therefore was explained to you originally and no thread such as this was ever warranted.

my package was less than 25 sheets of paper... I submitted NO proof of relationship or ongoing relationship evidence. The USCIS does not even want this evidence.

A "Stokes" interview is NOT the same as the initial interview. If your interview notice indicates "initial" interview then this is NOT a "Stokes". A "Stokes" may be performed but only if their were issues raised in the initial interview.

A resident is a resident.... If you are a resident of the USA and you need no other visa's to come and go. You can attend school. The only issue is based on the school you choose, do you meet the individual STATE's residency requirements for determination of in-state versus out-of-state tuition fees, if applicable

payxibka got a reaction from N M in interview approved..airline ticket now
yes the airline will have an issue... if the first half of a ticket is not used... the entire ticket is cancelled and you will find yourself without a way for you fiancee to travel if you do it this way. It is better to buy a RT and not use the second half... but not using the first half you are screwed
they won't even ask about tickets
