Ooh! I'm in tears of joy😂😃😢 for you right now! There's nothing God cannot do. Keep loving your Fiancé and thanking God for opening the door of True Love and Happiness for you!
I LOVE LOVE!💖💖💖💖🎊🎊🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!
I have waited this so long. My fiance is the only person who influenced me to leave this construction company which I'm serving for 8 years.
Now, my husband-to-be is my priority than my career. But my God is my priority above all.
Yeah, I really love him so much!

Last time I posted in this group the purpose of God why USCIS delayed the approval of petition. I also told that my fiance and I didn't make it.
Sorry, I was wrong! I thought he left me for life. My husband-to-be (asawa) said, he believes that we are already married in God's eyes. What we have to do is to legalize it through the help of K1 visa. He said, he cannot smack God for another divorce after all the prayers and signs we asked. God measured our faith and perseverance.
I am thanking Our Heavenly Father coz finally after six months!!!!!! WE ARE APPROVED!

I'm sorry to hear that, hope you're ok
Yes, I'm trying to be ok. Long distance is really tough. But what is tougher is that your partner is giving you less time. Thank you!

Now I see the reason why USCIS delayed the approval of our petiton. I see the purpose of God.
Sad to say, my fiance or (ex fiance) didn't make it.
Still thankful I got for the chance to be here in VJ.
God bless you all in your journeys!

If you check @NICK & PAULA‘s post again, the Facebook user said she received her packet 3 from USCIS. Packet 3 is not from USCIS but from the US embassy in the Philippines. I think the poster is confused between NOA2 and Packet 3.
Again, I was giving my opinion when she stated that she received her Packet 3 not NOA2.
And by the way, Packet 3 is sent to the petitioner in our part of the country. DS-160 is a form to be filled by the beneficiary when she receives the instructions stated in the Packet 3 sent by the US EMBASSY.
Maybe she's confused thinking NOA2 as Packet 3.
Or maybe she's considering the Packet 3 as the documents needed for the interview which her petitioner mailed her.

@msscarlette - the girl said on her Facebook post that her Fiance (Petitioner) received an email for interview details - not her. I just confirmed it to her right now what is the content of the email received by her Petitioner. She said that it contains an Approved case notice and Interview details, which has made them confused too. Hehehehe! The process is getting crazier and people are really aggravated and confused now. We have to sit back and wait for the next episode of this long and winding series, guys! Sending hugs to everybody Breathe, everyone.....breath!
I think it would depend on the location. Because just like here in Myanmar, the petitioner will receive the letter with instructions preparations for interview. In the Philippines, they can appoint date for interview.

So, is an USCIS Expedite different from NVC expedite? Does this mean I need to apply expedite again?
Maybe you can just call NVC to follow up your MNL case number for your medical and to set your interview date.

Thank you so much!! Yea, it has been tough. This journey really thought me to let go of the things I cant control, which is hard because I love planning and I hate when things doesnt happen the way I imagined them. Then we had to move the wedding. That was painful, but it is not all bad. My fiance is coming here on Dec. 17. I feel like Philippines will have a lot of June fiance walking around Mall of Asia on December
Swerte naman! Congrats girl!

In requested an expedited process in July 24th and faxed proof about August 10th. August 13th or so I called to see if they had received my fax but tier 2 i believe it was told me to call the 17th but I forgot. I got a denial response via email on August 24th for the expedited process which I replied to asking if the decision was based on the evidence I had sent. I never got a response. 2 weeks ago I called and Inquired about processing times and I got told they were working on April petitions. I also asked about the expedited processing and she was not able to tell me anything other than requirements abd suggested I go to a local office... I did today. The officer emailed the officer who worked on the expedited request and gave me her contact info. She said we would wait for his response because she was not sure of they had received that fax or not. Told me that the alien number was assigned and provided me with the number. Also said if I needed to provide additional supporting evidence I could send it to the local office with her name and she would send it to the office in CA so that way it wouldn’t get lost in the files... Now I am not sure where I stand or what to do.
My fiance requested for expedition then after a week the USCIS gave us a referral number. They asked us to fax evidences. We followed instructions but unfortunately we were denied.

Hello everybody... I am happy to see how this thread grew so big within months. And I appreciate everybody encouraging each other!
Me and my SO are on day 153, and we are more than ready to be approved
Maybe we can discuss the next steps after approval... as far as i know, next steps will be
1. Approval
2. USCIS will Transfer the Petition to NVC
3. Who tells you to file the Affidavit of Support? (NVC, USCIS?)
4. NVC will inform the local embassy
5. Embassy will inform beneficiary to file for the visa?
Highly appreciate some insight
What documents will I Need for further processing? I am the beneficiary. Will I Need a translated birth certificate or Police record?
Thanks in advance
All must be translated to English.
"Once your petition has been approved, fees have been paid, and documents have been submitted to the National Visa Center (NVC), the petitioner will receive a letter with your case number with instructions to prepare for the interview. Once they receive this letter, take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview. Please note, Consular staff will notify your fiancé(e)’s of their visa interview date, only after they review the completed documents."
You can check the website of your embassy. You can find there the list of requirements needed for interview.

Hey guys.
Thought id share this here.
We are at 150 days today, and called the USCIS to change our Adress. We moved a week ago and had to call to change it. As we did that we asked about the process for June filers. And unfortunately we got bad news. Apparently they are processing APRIL filers now, and the new wait time for anything to happen at the uscis is 6-9 months now.
The lady said it used to be 3-6 months but it is as of now 6-9 months.
This is the information I got from calling the uscis.
I don’t know how accurate this is but I just wanted to share this here.
Lets all hope and pray it won’t take that long.
My fiance also called last Nov 1 and the woman said they will process June filers on January. My jaw dropped with his bad news. But he heard in her background that a guy was telling by next week they will be processing June filers.
I was a bit disappointed. But knowing some of my fb friends who were May filers received NOA2 already. She had her NOA1 last May 22 and NOA2 last Nov 2.
Still hoping this month for our NOA2. 😔

NVC does not set interview date.
When the embassy is ready they will send an email to the petitioner to schedule interview. You will need to fill out DS-160, enter the confirmation number at UStraveldocs.com account, and then pay the visa fee through Russian bank. Wait about 24 hours for the visa fee to clear, and then enter the invoice number in your UStraveldocs.com account.
When everything is done on UStraveldocs.com account, you just wait for appointment times to be available and then select from available dates. When interview dates finally opened up, we had one date to choose from.
Good luck and be patient.
As what I have understood based on this notification... sorry

I'm expecting to receive my NOA2 within the next 2-3 weeks, and now that the process is going to start moving again, I was hoping to make things move as quickly as possible. I'm wondering, when is the earliest that I can schedule the K1 Visa Interview, and how? I know my fiancee can expect a packet in the mail, but I remember reading that it is possible to schedule the interview online before the packet is received. I'm not sure if this is embassy specific, but we will be interviewing at the Moscow, Russia embassy.
I apologize if this is a duplicate post.
Thanks,
MattNVC will notify and set interview date.

I honestly don’t think we are actually fighting. This is a way that we can blow off some steam. We all have stresses and frustrations. We will get through this but I do love the math in both the art and the science behind the predictions. This is actually kind of fun and I know I am learning a lot about myself, the others here, the world and statistics! What more can I ever ask for? Oh wait, how about an NOA2!
yeah! asking for NOA2!
-
PEACE guys!!!
It's normal to have individual computations and predictions. Let's just respect what others say. Giving effort in such analysis just prove how eager he/she, or and excited for NOA2, interview and the finale VOH.
I could say, no one or nobody here is correct in computations. Let's not stress ourselves discussing matters which only USCIS can answer.
What we can do as applicants is just pray harder, prepare necessary documents and WAIT.
Good luck to us!
