If I do a very best case scenario...
 
NOA2 approval today (January 8).  50 days to send the file to NVC (February 27).  14 days at NVC (March 13).  45 days for interview (April 27)  10 days for VOH (May 7) 7 days to POE (May 14).  This is a very best case scenario. 
 
I'm on day 216 and I expect another 126 days AFTER NOA2 approval...

Actually, June 27 seems to have a better chance of approval right now.  Late June has rocked the approvals.  June 22, 27 and 30 all have had approvals.  There is no real order it seems.  Late June has faster adjudicators.

If it takes 50 days to NVC I will have it arrive with NVC by Feb 8/9. I figure by end February it is with US Embassy in Cambodia and by early March and I will push for 1 month interview. It will take my fiancé under 1 week to get all documentation required. 
 
March POE is pushing it but April I think is viable for me.

This is a brutal timeline!  I did my research before we started and thought the whole thing would take 5-9 months max!  I hope that things speed up a little with the new year.  On the bright side summer weddings are lovely

Just heard back from my congressman's office - USCIS has said they've sent my petition to the NVC.  Hard to tell whether or not they actually have, or whether they're just saying that...but I guess it can't be a bad thing!  I called NVC this morning and the woman I spoke to told me to email NVCResearch tomorrow, but she said that would trigger a request to have USCIS resend the case so it doesn't seem necessary.  Maybe I'll get the case number by next week?

But, K1 still has best path to naturalization.
That is important for guaranteed re-entry.
Hang in there....it will come.

I just spoke to a Tier 2 officer and she told me it takes them 45 days to send our apps to NVC! I made her repeat it just in case I misheard but if that is true, my app should be in NVC soon!

Most of my friends think Rose and the kids are just a figment of my imagination.  I've been talking about them so long and they can't believe they aren't here yet.

It's honestly so annoying when people constantly ask when you're leaving..Because you don't even know yourself 

Called and asked to speak with Tier II (Tier I was able to tell me nothing, as usual); Tier II has confirmed that it was approved!!

So, everyone that has come into my place of work this morning has said, "you still 'ere?" or "ain't you gone yet?"
They are doubled over with shock that I still haven't heard anything after 6 months. I tell them there are more of us that have been waiting longer. 😒 It is ridiculous. 
 
Well... Here's to the start of a full, productive week. Fingers crossed for all us Junecats. 🐱

Ok people. It is the first full work week of 2018. Let’s hope that USCIS is settling in for a real full week of work. A new day, a new sunrise, a new start.

@vocaledge,  I got an update last night at 11pm that they received my RFE info.  so there are def some after hour workers. Good to know that paying the extra money actually got it in their hands the next day and it was updated same day.  welp, here we go ... :-)

hahaha...I wont even pick up the phone to have this conversation...i'm sure I would take the convo straight downhill and over a cliff....
nah, i'm observing.....my fiance says to keep at peace...keep the faith....it will come.  She is right.  
I take a deep breath after each workday ends......

The last time I called USCIS (yesterday) I asked about that.  They said that the adjudicators work 8:00 to 4:00 but they have consultants that work on the website, do scanning and inputing the update info.  The adjudicators dont do the online updates themselves.
 
I mentioned that the consultant is not very good since so many never get updated online.  She laughed and made a comment about the low bidder getting the job!  LOL
 
She had a sense of humor but all I really got was the "you are still within normal processing times" answer.
