    What country and embassy?

this is so important as many are difficult for K1 petitioning

I would strongly consider marriage and the spouse visa as the new AOS fee for adjusting status in the US after marriage here is going from $1140 to $2270 on October 2nd

and as said above many new K1 immigrants have issues with driving licenses,,  SS cards, etc

Who said this? The new fees have been updated and in US the AOS has went down -10, so the new fees for that would be 1130

I didnt..we have been together for two years but fb wouldnt let me go back that far, so best I did was 6 months but I got pictures and post she tagged me like pics from when we webcam that go back to the first time we started dating...you think that's enough.

as long as you can show that each month you spoke and kept contact, I think that should be fine....just my opinion tho

  3. Frontloading is kind of at your discretion I suppose! my husband is from a high fraud country, Nigeria, so with our petition we included a few chats from a few months each, not hundreds of pages but just to show we had constant contact through the years, so its up to you and whether or not your interview will be very difficult.... good luck ^_^

Nothing wrong with being the quiet mouse in the corner. :D Its good to see you posting. Your interview is next week? Good luck to you. Oh its all worth it for sure. I have nearly been with Chris a week now in the US and its been AWESOME. Today I ventured to the library and got a library card and marveled at the fact that they have over 200 cookbooks in the Non-Fiction section. I worked in a very small public library in Manitoba, Canada. LOL We had maybe 50 cookbooks. HA

Once you start to work a lil website called amazon, you will be amazed! I bought one cook book, and havent cooked anything out of it lol but now i just buy cookware and everything else from there!

Just wondering if anyone else have used Plenty of fish and are now filing for k1, I cant see anywhere on there websites them mentioning the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act?

I know its not an international marriage broker but I don't know how to write that down/ I can put in all there terms and conditions but it doesn't mention anything. The reason i am asking is that we have a RFE for one of the things  it asked for circumstances of meeting 34.a we originally just wrote a dating site not realising how precise you must be.

Its usually somewhere in the terms and conditions
