Who said this? The new fees have been updated and in US the AOS has went down -10, so the new fees for that would be 1130

Passport, at least 10k, they are gonna want alot but sometimes they'll take 8 or 9k, and 2 passport size pics.

as long as you can show that each month you spoke and kept contact, I think that should be fine....just my opinion tho

Frontloading is kind of at your discretion I suppose! my husband is from a high fraud country, Nigeria, so with our petition we included a few chats from a few months each, not hundreds of pages but just to show we had constant contact through the years, so its up to you and whether or not your interview will be very difficult.... good luck

You dont necessarily need the beginning of messages, just something that proves you guys keep in constant contact, just a few pages from each month should be fine!

We used them and to me they are good! If you have support and extra pair of eyes to go over your paperwork multiple times then don't pay for the service, but since I personally do not have any support from family or friends, and  I work a lot, and I  was nervous about all the paper stuff,  I thought it was worth the money. But I filed before I found this site  lol

I know its not an international marriage broker but I don't know how to write that down/ I can put in all there terms and conditions but it doesn't mention anything. The reason i am asking is that we have a RFE for one of the things  it asked for circumstances of meeting 34.a we originally just wrote a dating site not realising how precise you must be.

Nopeee since she didnt live there for more than 6 months, she should be fine, and doesnt need a police clearance or anything...

Sometimes they want to see proof that there is no birth certificate, or something stating that you do not have one, maybe you should try calling and getting something in writing at least, and provide your passport too!
