So question for everyone that has been approved in the previous months from March til June. Is everyone still just waiting for embassies to open up? Has anyone actually been able to have an interview anywhere yet? Anyone actually got their visa already like people approved in March? Or is everyone still waiting for their stuff to leave nvc?

@Tacosthank you for the encouragement. It really helps. I’m really thankful for this forum and for the support of all the people in here. It’s a beautiful journey and although it puts my patience to test, I’m excited about each step and eager to learn more.

Maybe they are starting to finish the rest of December as they are rolling in now. Won't be long  and all here will be approved.

Well guys, more February approvals today🤦🏽‍♀️..I guess we will look forward to some approvals next week. This is crazy but all we can do is wait since they give us no other options. Goodluck next week and have safe weekend. Stay indoors regardless of what your state says lol😁

Hey guys in case you haven’t seen it or signed it. Someone created a petition to allow for immediate family and fiancés to be exempt from the executive order. Go ahead and sign if you can. Doesn’t hurt.

I have an Android based phone, so case tracker is not available. There are similar tools that let you see other cases around yours. Mine is with a ton...85 or so that were received on Dec 19th. Some of these have been approved. Only one shows an RFE, a few others were not accepted because the petitioner neglected to sign the form or sent the wrong amount of payment. 
Ironically, only 28/80 have been approved. Thats 35%.. The last one was approved on April 17th.

Second K1's do work. ( we are proof ) the consulate can get away with stupid reasons for denying the first K1 but the second one they really have to show proof of being right about denying it. Second petitions for the same partner have high success rates as either a K1 or Cr1. Getting married does not prove you have a legit relationship. Most fraudsters use CR1 thinking marriage in itself is proof.

128 days here... Everyday I wake up believing today will be the day. 

Few days ago I was so up in my feelings about these January approvals....I mean, I understand how it feels to see steady approvals for January filers and basically no approvals for December filers for a week now....I know thats not been long but if you take into account that an average of 6 people get approved each day and they have all come from January filers or late November filers. At this stage their is nothing we can do other than wait...we cant even complain because there is no one to complain to. According to VJ stats ....USCIS have almost approved the same amount of January filers as they have for December filers.
 
My guess is that a particular team is working on January filers and they are doing a good job, we will just have to wait our turn. I also noticed lots of April filers are yet to receive NOA1, thats even worse because they are not sure if their application was received ... well like I said to a friend yesterday, if I worked with USCIS, I will be weary of picking up packages now and working with them in the pandemic ....we all need patience and am taking my own advice too. We can only hope they dont move on to February filers without approval all of December.
