Still nothing for us .......  

My lawyer put in a inquiry 2 days ago..so lets see what will happen. She did say the time frame has changed from 90 days to 120 days..... due to the holidays as well, everything has backed up. Well, may we all shed some light soon and hear good news <3 

I hope this will be our week <3

Just returned from our honeymoon and thought we would share a pic from our wedding. 

Ysa finally arrived yesterday! POE was easy in Portland Oregon. Finally we work towards our wedding. Thanks to everyone for their support during this phase of our relationship. I hope everyone else get closer to their dreams.

Successful POE today at Montreal airport. Soon I will be with my love, few more hours only

Wanted to share that my fiancé arrived last week and we got married today! This thread was a huge support for us, especially during the dreadful NOA2 wait. Now to get started on AOS! 

My fiancee got his visa today!!!!! It was 3 am when i found the wonderful news and it made me break down and cry of happiness cause its been a long journey!! & this forum has helped me so much and everyone was just so wonderful!!! 

Case is approved and arrive in U.S on 8/16.  Lesson learned is pay very careful attention to the specific documents asked for and that you fully understand the process.  The embassy didn't send packet 3 until I emailed them directly and then I received incorrect information two times.  The K-1 is a non-immigrant visa but is treated as an immigrant visa in many ways thus confusing the staff.  Also found the American Services group much more responsive.  They may simply forward you to immigration section but at least you can get a response.

hi guys, i am very happy to report that our visa have been approved yesterday! i am so happy and compared to the noa2, this now feels like real honest to goodness relief! i will leave a detailed review soon for all other UAE filers. =)

Yahoo finally got approved this morning at my interview! The lady mentioned being part of a new pilot program (Yippee -_-), where I will not have as many documents to carry, they will be send electronically, I guess. Just gotta pick up my passport with visa. I will do a review after I get some rest and come back from work. My visa is already under AP. 
 
I was wondering, now that I got approved, can they still request more documents, or everything is fine and I am just waiting on my visa?

I had my interview today (exactly 7 months after NOA1) and it was APPROVED 
I feel like this huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, such a relief...
 
The interviewer asked me about: my fiancé's name,  how and where we met,  where does he live, what is his proffesion, his last marriage. Regarding to myself, how many times I have been to US, where, how much time I spent there. I mentioned about the situation when I was denied entry, however he didn't ask about it. He also asked me about my eyes disease which made quite surprised because at medicals the doctor said it would not be bring up at the interview. I didn't have to present any proof of our relationship.
