Please if you do not mind can you tell people know why they denied your VAWA? It is for those who are struggling right now. It would help them and give them hope. 

 

USCIS thought our marriage was a fraud to begin with. They were wrong and we proved it with a lot of evidence.

From my personal experience I will say that your I-360 is approved but they've been late to update the system and yourself yet. They won't start working on your 485 if it wasn't approved, please relax be very optimistic about it. It's nothing bad.

Mine was the same, I had no update about my 360 but went in for my 485 interview linked to it. I got the 360 approval letter in the mail a couple of weeks later after my interview 😃.

Hi, i am also in atlanta and my EAD renewal was sent in may and i also did not get any receipt notice. after approx 3 months i got a approval notice for the ead. now the card has been mailed to me. dont be worried. uscis is acting so wierd. be positive... you will get the receipt or may be a approval notice like i got.

Hello everybody,  I applied for my EAD renewal in the beginning of May 2020. My payment for the renewal was taken out of my account ($410) as ACH by uscis on 5/12/20. I was unable to see the receipt number since i can not view the image of the check front or back. I did not receive any receipt in the mail. All of a sudden yesterday I received my approval notice for the EAD Renewal (C09) in the mail.  It took almost 3 months. Now I have the receipt number and looking forward to see update on the card production message. What a relief.

mine offered me $4000. Another one was $7000. I assume this concludes whole cost for i360 i485 but ead renewals will be $500 each. Hope for your advice

my question is if anyone sue uscis before and what is the process?

and are you recommend to do that ? 
 

I really want to back home to Usa I live there for 5 years!

They never asked me for any RFE or anything. I wrote an email to my congressman and they emailed me a privacy form to fill out. I am sending it tomorrow.

Hello guys, how long does it take to hear back from the congressman inquiry. I emailed them yesterday and did not get a email. Is it good to email or call them? here is the link which i followed based on my zip code:

In my email (which was short) i described that i needed help with an immigration matter, i entered my first and last name and my contact info. Or, should i have emailed them with full details? sorry this is my first time contacting them for help. My vawa case is pending since june 2017.

Guys, i sent in my renewal for EAD almost a month ago (through my lawyer). They cashed my check for renewal fee 3 weeks ago from my bank and so far i have not gotten any receipt notice.  Should I be worried?

Thanks Sandra, I asked this question to my lawyer too but he says it better to wait... because when a congressperson asks USCIS they dont like it and may deny the case...
