hello guys i am a april 2017 (i360& i485) filer... and i am just getting tired of look at the " Fees were waived " message on my status....should i be worried? is there anything i can do to find out what is going on? or just waiting is the best thing rite now? thanks

im kind of confuse because i filed my VAWA application almost 2 years ago. I renewed it twice  also my work permit is up to date..  just waiting to here from uscsi I haven't received a interview for my green card so not sure what card their sending me.

i got my EAD in the mail today but i am very disappointed. The date of issue is march 2018 and it expires in march 2019. Cat C09. Not sure why it is like that. I may have to renew it ASAP.

Does any one know how long it takes to renew a EAD now a days. My VAWA is still pending. I filed VAWA in April 2017 along with i485 and EAD. 

I am April 2017 filer with total silence no updates.... lets see

my EAD got picked up from USCIS. Thank GOD.

Guys finally after over 15 months I am about to get my EAD card. The reason it took such a long time is because my attorney (in error) put in a wrong Alien number in my EAD application. We tried everything to correct it, even made a few info pass appointments but there was no luck. We mailed a letter to uscis and nothing happend. Finally two weeks ago we mailed in another application with the correct alien number and two days ago my status changed to "New card being produced" and today it changed to "Card was mailed to me". 

Please be very careful before sending in your applications. Slight mistake can cause a long delay. My alien number was off by one digit.

I am attaching my timeline. I was approved several times before for EAD but the card never got mailed to me. I am now hoping to get my card this coming week. 

VAWA still pending. I am a April 2017 filer. Waiting for 18 months so far... no REF or anything. Hoping to positive news soon.

Hello guys, I am sure you all know that VAWA is scheduled to be reauthorized on Sept 30th 2018.  

If its not reauthorized that means no one can file vawa again.... but what about if a application gets denied? what would that person do ?

Any one can give any input ?

This is Crazy,.... some people Vawa gets approved with in a year some are here waiting for 18 months...wow 

Any one else waiting for a EAD.... my EAD was approved I even got the letter but it was never mailed... all it says since nov 8th is that its just being produced... its over 60 days now... my attorney did contact USCIS and he was told that it is a normal delay. Any one else or any one you know is experiencing the same? Please help...thanks. I am a Vawa applicant since April 2017.

EAD Question: Can some one please let me know that recently received his EAD ? how long did it took you from the time it says New Card being produced to the time you got the card in hand?  I read on some other sites that it may take 30 days to 60 days? and some say it takes 2 weeks or less.... i am so confused . My status changed to new card being produced on Nov 8th (22 days ago) still no sign of the card. My address is correct and everything. Thanks

Did you ever change your address? USCIS is very bad about this unless you go to Infopass appointment after changing the address to make sure they changed it. 

If none of the above could be an option, go to an Infopass appointment and ask. 

yes my attorney has his address on file . i know the uscis has my correct address because my attorney recieved my biometrics appt letter. also me and my attorney both got my EAD approval in the mail just last week. I guess i will wait a bit more.... my attorney is telling me that recently there has been a delay in EAD and Green Card mailings so its normal.

Guys my EAD was produced on Nov 8th 2017 and today is 28th. 20 days later I still did not recieve my card. Does it take that long?
