we learnt that we got RFE on 25th of Sept. My F has just received the letter yesterday.It asked for the 3rd page of the devorce decree in which the signature of the judge is shown .we are mailing it back today.hope to get an appproval soon.

Congratulations! Such a great news for you and your other half. I think you can start filling out DS-160 without the mail yet, @LabOzcan attest on that.
For the Russia cases, I think you can ask @Tatiana&D.S. from the Aprilites as she is about to have her interview and have gone through this phase. 🙂
And the Russia portals will help as well.

Congratulations! Same thing happened to us. Though haven't received the mail yet, and he's just from WA. Hehe. Good luck for the rest of your journey! 🙂

He asked Tier 1 if the USCIS website is working because he thought that it wasn't, he was told that Tier 2 will call him back after 30 minutes which they did.

Haven't received it on the mail yet but James called on 9/29 (our 150th day since received date) to check our status, he talked with Tier 2 and got told the we were actually approved on 9/28. I'm sure yours will come soon.

I confused myself on the last scan. My bad! Apologies. Mine ends in 263 and got approved yesterday. Still received on all of the trackers though. 264 got approved yesterday too. Hehe.

Gah, I guess we got lucky this time. I just asked him to ask questions that tier 1 can't answer and tier 2 called him back after 30 minutes. Maybe you're the same as us, tier 2 said we were approved yesterday but app hasn't been updated on our case yet, it still shows "received".
