Muss man nu eine Kopie von der NOA2 zum Interview mitnehmen oder nicht?
Weil auf der Instructionsseite vom DS-160 steht, dass man einen Beweis für eine genehmigte Petition i-129F, sowie die Confirmationseite und den Pass mitbringen muss.
Oder sollte das reichen, wenn ich die Kopie dann bei Pack 3 mitschicke?

Frage 2: Ich hab per Banküberweisung gezahlt und einen Screenshot vom angenommenen Überweisungsauftrag gemacht. Reicht das für Pack 3?

No, one of the five clinics has walk in hours on 3 days of the week, where they squish the US visa people between the scheduled people for Australia, New Zealand and stuff. 
The other drive would have been shorter for me, but with making an appointment. And since I was so terrified of it, I just wanted it to be done. Got my NVC number on Monday evening and left for Frankfurt at 4am on Tuesday. Since then I'm sooooo relaxed

I hope so! According to the clinic my results should have arrived at the embassy today. My case status went to "ready" on Wednesday, and today I submitted DS-160 and paid the fee.
So now I will have to wait for the Pack 3 letter from the embassy (where I send the i-134 + stuff, my birth cert, police records etc.), and once they have it all they're unlocking a virtual calendar, where I can schedule my interview online and by myself.
If that interview is going to be before August 20th, then my vague dared to be made plans will work.

Ohhhh yeah, I remember you mentioned having to take a long trip for that! 

We have - I think - 5 panel physicians in Germany. 2 are within my reach (=2-3,5 hour drive), and the one in Frankfurt has walk in hours for USA visa.
So we left at 4am here, got there on point at 7:30 when they opened. LUCKY... my wristband said "USA 1", so I was the first to be checked.
If people come later they sit there for hours. My friend for moral support and I were very lucky and back out at around 9:15

Yes, here you get them right away. Except for the blood and peepee results. But I got my xray dvd and got told everything is fine!

I don't have it scheduled yet.
Have to wait for Pack 3, submit documents and then get permitted to schedule my interview on an online calendar the embassy provides.

Hoping for in about 2-3 weeks, so I can fly out on September 8th as planned!

I did a quick check. That's a genuine email address and the Immigrant Visa Case Number on the email did came up when I check on the Department of State website. Phew!

 

Ok, since the NVC letter is in my fiance's mailbox and we have no way of knowing if the NOA2 is there until he gets back, what can we do now? What documents should we prepare?

 

 

Have you tried calling the NVC?
They might be able to check for your status only with your WAC number. That's what you give them when you call for the NVC number as well!

Maybe they can help clarifying?

How much longer until your fiance goes back?

Aber ok, mach ich ja nur einmal, und wenn man bedenkt dass mir von meinem Leben hier grad mal 6 Kartons und ein Koffer bleiben is das doch wieder nicht sooo viel

Die Laufzeiten sind interessant! Paket 1 war 21 Tage unterwegs, Nummer 2 dann grad mal 12, 3 dürfte bald ankommen, und 4 und 5 hab ich zusammen weggeschickt. Mal sehen, ob die zusammen ankommen!

Die habens auf mich abgesehen! Zurückwärts hatte ich bei beiden letzten Flügen einen! Hatte das erst gar nicht gemerkt, mich nur über den Saustall im Koffer gewundert. Der Brief war gut versteckt!

Mich wundert ja, dass bisher keins meiner Umzugspakete aufgeschnitten wurde. Da hätt ich eigentlich mit gerechnet. 2 von 6 sind schon heile drüben.

Ne, ich kam in DTW an und mein Koffer war scheinbar noch in Paris. Bin dann nur mit dem Carry On durch. Als ich ihn dann abgeholt habe, hab ich gesehen dass der über Atlanta geflogen ist. Den hatte Homeland aber aufgemacht. Hab nen Zettel drin gefunden! 

Cool, in Missourie hat meine Großtante gelebt. Das war mein erster USA Trip 1983 mit 3,5 Jahren.

Also da ich ja in Hannover lebe und hier nur Urlaubsflieger und sonst nichts internationales abfliegt muss ich über London (Frankfurt oder Düsseldorf geht auch, kommt aber auf das selbe raus) fliegen, dann halt nach Chicago (hier geht auch Dallas oder Houston) und das Ziel ist dann Northwest Arkansas Regional. 😂🙈 Gesamtreisezeit 18 Std. und 51 Min. 

Wir leben in Südwest Missouri direkt an der Arkansas State line in den schönen Ozarks.

Tjaaa, was mache ich auch nur immer in der "Pampa"? 😂

So ne Reisezeit is bei mir auch Standard.

Letztes Jahr im September hatte ich ne ganz tolle Route: 
Nürnberg - Paris - Detroit - Norfolk 

Und dann noch der Koffer 2 Tage zu spät... hat Spaß gemacht!

I will try to fly on September 8th, and although it's time to finally see this guy I love so much again, I'm not mad for skipping this Virginian summer. No way to escape next year though!

Mine was a giant bobblehead picture, but it instantly fitted the form... I was surprised, too. Actually I was expecting like to have my left eyebrow in the frame and then start shrinking it haha

I can't that's why I had to find out if I can take the date of the flight as a replacement.
Because THAT I have... along with hand written plane tickets, boarding passes and a machine typed itinerary from 1983 haha (Thanks mom!)
