I was watching "Judge Judy" early this week, (I don't make a habit of it :)) anyway, there was one case where the plaintiff worked for Homeland Security, he was with his wife who was being grilled by JJ about her husband's occupation,  Long story short, His job is to process immigrant visa applications,  he explains that he works from his home 4 days a week and 1 day in the office, and the reason for that is over crowding at the agency..  I was able to find the video;

I got twice too. But I do blame random  system update. Because I have more cases and only mine was updated twice others were updated one.

Here I was feeling all left out after hearing your alerts coming in from the USCIS online updates (I wanna be an Alien too 😭)....as I was reading all of your posts these past few minutes, I checked (which I rarely do). 
Tahdaaaahhhhhh I am officially an 👽 as of 10 minutes ago. Feels good to have more than one paragraph there huh?

I am a fellow November filer i have been watching these posts daily for updates as we have a filed NOA1 date of 1st November.  Like others last night my USCIS app went off and i was so hyped, excited then slightly confused so i spent around 30 minutes doing some detective work. 
 
The app was correct and for everyone that received an alert it does mean an actual human is working on your case could it be this MR bean / rogue adjudicator lets hope... How do i know its simple really because someone has updated the case title see screenshots below as proof but the app is correct  I have provided screenshots of Before and After 
 
I noticed when studying that the App reported the status had changed but not approved so upon further looking the clues are the in the title change before the update / alert my case reported as I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(E) after the update it now appears as I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) 
 
***Now dont take what i am saying as what is happening this is just from what i have seen with my own eyes and thought i would provide proof for you also as it might help those who are confused about the alert from the app and possibly bring some hope to other fellow K1 November Visa fillers**
 
They could of changed the coding internally or created a script to manually update the incorrect case names but my application was filed correctly as i used a specialist attorney and on our NOA1 the case title appears correct but on their site the case title changed slightly.

How are they going to know who has signed up to view progress? They don't know who owns what email address or who has access to what email address (cpls share everything usually).
All that matters is you have an account number from your NOA1. 
What are you fiancé's reasons for saying you shouldn't? (I'd like to hear them). 
I'm the beneficiary and I've signed up. I'm sure there are hundreds more like me from Nov filers alone.

Did you all  sign up for this account?

She gets the info from USCIS online (which we can all access) and compiles them into a spreadsheet. You can access the spreadsheet in her signature from a PC only so not your phone.

one thing though because I've discovered someone shared the files on fb. And I do not want this many wac numbers put there like that, I temporarily stopped the share. I will change wac numbers into regular Id numbers to keep their privacy and share it again.

 Nov 16.   has 147 cases

That's terrible. 

I'm the 17th so I'm dyyyyyyyyyyiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnngggggggg with envy lol!
