    Finally got my green card!
    LIN service center, didn’t call or contact USCIS, just was patiently waiting🙂

    Filed I-751 on 1/3/21
    NOA 2/6/21
    Approved on 12/21/21
    Received the card 12/28/21
     
    To all LIN pending applicants, you will get yours soon, just be patient and have hope!

    Talk to Tier 2. Put in a case service request, this means they will talk to Potomac, they should reply within 2 weeks to give you a case status. Most likely they will just simply reply "delayed due to Additional review" because it's christmas break time. I recommend if after Jan 7, you don't anything, then put in a Case Service Request via Tier 2 support. It's because it's a holidays, people take time off for vacation, it's slower around the christmas time.
     
    Make sure to note down the Case Service Request # they should give you.  
     
    Also don't worry, I am April 26th PD, Texas, US Citizen, and I haven't been approved either. No worries

    According to VJ, it says I-130 for spouse CR1 , they are process April 26 as of this post.

    So you and me are up now (I'm PD Apr 26), we should hear in the mail within the next week or two.
     
    ACcording to here, only 50% of the April filings have been processed by TSC (this number may be not accurate due to reporting by members who haven't updated their timeline... but it's a  estimate)
