She does have a job that already is above the 100% but she is thinking about moving to a new company.  Just didn't know if that would have affected the affidavit as she would not have a full years salary to show like the W2. But someone kindly answered my question :)

her new job if she takes it isn't also over the poverty line to support us both.

Ok. you have it answer then. It don't matter how many W2 she has in a year, but when you add it all together make sure there is enough that is required. Take a night job if needed. Research youtube for more info. Good luck.

So I have never commented on this thread but I follow it and it give me sanity to keep going knowing soon and very soon something will happen.. Anyways.. I am commenting now because the last two digits for u is 50 and mine is 69.. does that mean anything?? We also had the same recieve date for NOA1... Please give me some hope and tell me that means they will get to my case soon.. ugh am dying!!!!

Seems like you are next, think  but not sure, that files are in boxes so depends which box they grab and work on it also think that they may be organized by tough and easy cases, so if you wore merit 2-3 times and your fiancee has  5-6 kids, that may be considered tough case and be put out to work on it bit letter. Those are just my speculation how this whole process work because it dos not goes by number low to high. As everyone here noticed.Good luck you should be approved today or early next week.

Nope, I did it on my own. The forms aren't that difficult to fill out, its the evidence that you have to compile together that's can be a little overwhelming.  However,  I did intense research first, watched Youtube videos from people that went through the same visa process and learned about their embassy experience. I learned how to assemble my packet 1 together and what evidence to send. The USCIS  I129F instructions and Visajourney.com helped me too with what other documents to send. :)

Did the same, than looked over everything for few days and still find some things that I corrected to make it perfect.Youtube videos are very helpful.

Ehn, I'm excited in that I have been also occasionally tracking Nov. 14th and seeing no movement. So in two days to go from literally months of 0 approvals to 16 and some RFEs - that's at least something. Nov 14th has more applications than any other day in the entire month by a couple hundred, as far as I can tell. So I'm not hopeful that mine will be one of the first few. It just seems like some progress, is all.

Yes, you right .Is good to have some hope.

All, correct me if i am wrong, but I don't think that data in Table 1 is representative of reviews for I-129Fs, in general, or for NOA2s, in particular.  I also have not seen any data that shows there has been an uptick in filings.  I see from the USCIS FY2016 statistics that the number of I-129F filings per quarter were remarkably consistent each quarter and the highest number of applications were filed in the 3rd FY2016 quarter (April, May, June), with ~48000 of ~53000 applicants receiving approval in all of FY2016.  [Note: the federal fiscal year is from October 1 to September 30.]  So, per the FY2016 stats, there were about 4,400 filings per month or about 1100 per week or about 150 per calendar day.  So, when I see USCIS is taking some action on less than 100 cases per day, it suggests to me that they are falling further and further behind and are going to have to start processing many more cases.  However, if I understand Chelleyandaaron's recent post correctly, it indicated there are something less than 2700 cases outstanding thru November 25.  If so, this suggests there was a decrease in filings in November 2016 compared to the typical month in the preceeding FY2016, so maybe things could start moving faster.  Also, I did find it interesting in Geowrian's spreadsheet that there are so many filings rejected in November for submitting the wrong fee and these were way prior to the change in fee on December 23.  Those rejections (it appears they are not considered RFEs) suggest a large number of cases get cleared out due to basic filing mistakes and those petitioners (assuming they refile) must go to the back of the line.  Here are the FY2016 stats: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/Reports and Studies/Immigration Forms Data/All Form Types/all_forms_performancedata_fy2016_qtr4.pdf  Good luck to everyone!

That sounds right, been here for 2.5 months and only hear about clearing last 2-3 days od October that are still not all done, few random November petitions but that's nothing when you realize how many thousands to go. This is tragic, but makes decent money for government except that no one gives a .,,.

Found this link online. Our waiting time might be longer comparatively, atleast for a few of us, considering the number of applications USCIS receives.

There were a lot of applications since November owing to the fee hike and President elect "Trump effect". We may have to wait longer but we all surely will be united with our loved ones.

From your attachment seems like February is the slowest month. So things can get even slower. 4.5 months for someone to touch a file.
