Most likely your case will get transferred to NBC and put ahead of the queue. I would read it as a good news!
Appreciate it. Hope you’re right. Makes me feel much better.

Wow! Thank you.

We just got an update from USCIS. We still haven’t got the biometrics done or applied. However, they have transferred our case yesterday after a long wait.
Is this a positive sign? Or do we start at the back of the line again? Anybody else suddenly get their case transferred after a long wait? Our filing was with WAC.
Here is what it said:
On January 20, 2021, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC2XXXXX, to another USCIS office.

Dang, I'm an Aug filer and still waiting to know if they need biometrics or not. Initially I thought it would only take 3-4 weeks after filing, but I've seen lots of people getting the update months later. Why must you torture us, USCIS??
I think it all depends what office you are assigned to and then officer handling the case. Like you still waiting for biometrics appointment or update.

Hopefully that will change soon. I’ve had previous fingerprints applied. Not sure what this means going forward to be honest.
That’s great news. I take that you don’t need bio appointment then.
I’m not surprised by the USCIS inconsistencies anymore. It’s like a lottery. You may win on some parts but other parts you lose.

Have they applied previous fingerprints to your case yet? If they applied old ones, would we still have to go for the biometrics?? I wonder...
No they haven’t. Case status is still Case Received. Assume they still require bio appointments.

Just checked processing times and it is up to almost 24months.... ironically he can apply for citizenship as of July 17 2021.....
That’s crazy. When do you think they’ll schedule fingerprints/bio appointment? One year? 😝

Recently, you notified us that you did not receive your receipt notice. As a courtesy, we have requested that a duplicate receipt notice be mailed to you. You should receive the duplicate receipt notice within 30 days from the date of this
(I do love how they say, "as a courtesy" like we did something wrong. Also seem to imply that we are holding up the biometrics not them).... urgghhhh well at least it is a step forward
Amazing to me that they still have not realized they had a problem with their IT/Printing of receipt notices when they are flooded with the same request from people around the same filing time period. It’s like they are operating in the blind and nobody is managing or reviewing the issues.

I sent an inquiry to the Obudsman office as I am getting no where right now. This is stressing me out
Feeling so lost!!
So frustrating. If they closed your online case can you make another one? Maybe it will be seen by a different officer who will do it correctly.

Congratulations! How long it took after they replied that they will send it out? They replied on my inquiry on Wed 6/3 so I am just trying to figure out when I should expect to receive it.
Thank you. They replied June 1st. We got the letter yesterday so it took only 5 days for it to be received.

Congrats , when did you send your package? Did you make an online inquiry ?
Thank you. We sent it on April 22. Emailed lockbox when we didn’t receive notice and made an online inquiry. It was the online inquiry who told us they were going to send it out. We sent the online inquiry on May 24th after it had been 30 days past the receive date. So it took about 2 weeks after the inquiry to receive the letter.

Strange my request said new NOA being mailed while everyone else being told to get stamp. I’m guessing this NOA will never arrived based on the within 30 days time estimate. Just when I thought their process couldn’t get any worse then this mess we are all having in late April filers and beyond.
Update: We did receive the NOA today. Don’t know why they are so inconsistent with other cases.
Wish everyone gets their NOA soon.

I know I’m so confused too. When I was told to call back for a stamp, people were getting USCIS emails stating their copies are being mailed out. Even though I submitted an inquiry a few days before them. It’s so inconsistent and drove me mad. I’m going to still push for a copy of my NOA for record keeping. I just have to wait for June 17th so I can put in a new inquiry. But I’d rather take a stamp than nothing at all 🤷🏽♀️
Totally agree with your thoughts.

Spoke to customer service today about scheduling my appointment for my stamp. I have been added to the scheduling list and will be contacted between 48-72 hrs by an officer. Let’s see how this goes

I’m glad you got a response with a 30 day window! It makes me feel better knowing there is a set amount of days on it. I sent 4 emails (yes I panicked) and haven’t heard anything yet. Fingers crossed we start hearing something in the next few weeks!
Thank you. We were shocked as well when finally got a return email from lockbox. You might want to consider sending one more in case it is an IT issue. Fingers crossed to all of us!

Thanks so much! I have submitted the non-delivery request on Saturday and the expected reply due date is June 14th.
We did get an automated reply on latest email to lockbox that they will respond within 30 days. Think USCIS is having some serious IT issues. Keep us updated.

Those who sent their email to lockbox - what did you include in it?
We sent the receipt number, name of petitioner, A#, Receive Date, form I-751 (may receive other forms they) and our address. Also explanation that we never received the NOA and that we were asked to write to lockbox by the USCIS support staff as it should have been received.
We just sent the email for the second time today as they never responded from the one two weeks ago. We also sent the one through the USCIS website but it says they won’t respond until up to June 15th.
hope it helps and good luck!

My NOA arrived!!!!
I used the online form I posted in a link on here. Look back a few pages. They mailed it the next day. But we are military and I don’t know if that helped because other people haven’t had the same luck.
Congratulations!!! Yes we used the online form too. My question was how did they let you know it was sent out again. Did they send you an email to let you know it was sent out again?
Im glad they expedite military. It’s the least they can do for you. Thank you for your family service especially on this weekend.

I have a uscis letter coming today. Dated May 19th which is when they said they remailed my NOA. Will update you guys when it arrives. It is not my original NOA but could be the one they resent.
Great! How did they tell you about remaining your NOA? Through email? We sent an email to the lockbox but never heard back from them.

I also just sent a electronic form for “did not receive notice” on USCIS.
https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.doif anyone wanted to also send this on top of the lockbox support. Although expected response is June 8th but it’s definitely something more!
We tried to but it wouldn’t let us proceed. Guess we have to wait until May 23rd. It gave us this error message:
The following error(s) need to be corrected:
- Do not submit a request if you have just recently been approved, allow approximately 30 days to receive your new notice.

I found my receipt number on my email and logged in to check my case today. I emailed them with my A number and full name yesterday. I will email them again including my receipt number now. She didn’t say anything about including a receipt number today. But I’ll do it anyway.
I'm grateful for your help!
Doing better than us. Not only did we not get the NOA but we also never received an email or text.

Nope I’ve been getting the “any day now” estimated approval for about a month now.
