I am happy to share we had our interview this morning. She got drilled a little because i had previous petition and withdraw.but after the officer talked to me and I told him that i realized it looked bad that i filed another k1 shortly after withdrawing my previous one.

Try calling this number (603) 334-0888. It is for non-immigrant visa. So you can actually get through to talk to someone.I could never talk to anyone with the other number.

I called around 10 days. Sometimes you get one that is not having a good day and they tell you have to wait atleast a month before you should call. But I called back 2 days later and got my case number. It is worthwhile to call every other day. I got mine letter from the NVC with the case number a few days after my financee recieve her packet.

I already booked my fiance a ticket to fly back with me in October. So I really hope our interview on September 13th goes well.

Congrats on your Approval !!!. NVC shows that our case is now ready, so I am hoping packet 3 will arrive sometime this week for my fiancee. Hope our interview will go as smoothly as yours. 

Oh it seems to work now but i had to search it with Immigration visa, when i used the nonimmigrant visa on the drop down menu it return an error. But with the Immigrant visa option it shows that it is at the NVC. I am happy that I can track it now.

I was able to get a my case number by calling NVC today and it was entered into the system yesterday. But when I went to check the case on their website it is showing that it is an invalid case number. So how long is the wait before it shows up on online for me to check? Thank you

Hang in there. I finally got an email back about my 2nd inquiry at noon today. It said they have mailed out my approval on 7/11/2017. I am so relieved. So hang in there, and yours will eventually come. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Well I happy to share the news. After waiting 211 days I finally got an email regarding my inquiry last month that my I129F was approved on 7/11/2017. And the NOA2 arrived today. I can finally breath.

No it wasnt transfered and no I dont have a criminal record. Only had one speeding ticket it my life.
