From following closely, it seems like you will soon be notified for an interview. That would be my educated guess. Do us a favor; please fill out your timeline so that you may be added to database of time lines for the Minneapolis office and please update us when you get an interview.  Thanks...

Could you please update your timeline so that it may be reflected on the averaging of how long it is taking for people to get interviews?

It would seem that cases that get chosen intentionally or at random can take 1-5yrs depending on case load at local CIS office.

I filed in Sept 2019 and looks like our case may not get touched (aside from two transfers) until middle to end of 2021.

i485 and fiancé visa / CR1 and a bunch of others have higher priority than a i751.

    n400 I think has more priority than a i751

That usually means they require an interview in the near future.

Apologize I didn’t mean to upset you, as you are more than likely aware the Removal of Conditions application is to prove you are still together and have a strong relationship, because per the letter of the law (emotions aside) anything else means it is not a valid reason for a green card as many have exploited this path to citizenship wrongfully.

Waivers do exist but usually I assume they are intended for different reasons like violence, domestic issues, and USC passing away. I am no means an expert, this is my understanding and personal views as I truly don’t want this process to get any more stricter than it already is for K1 visa holders.

While most marriage waivers are approved there are quite a few that are not.

The only thing USCIS does in an instant is denials for ROC, there is absolutely no priority for ROC applications and many other applications take priority over us (like K1 and other similar petitions).

Please try to understand it from the perspective of the USCIS office looking at your file. How are they going to know this detail? Did you provide a clear statement to this effect? Same address may not be not "enough" in some cases. Hopefully, it will all work out for you.
